We are located 1.3 miles to Beaches and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and Padre Island National Seashore.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and generally quiet. We did not hear others walking around in other units or coming and going. The air worked great. We really enjoyed the great space we encountered in this property. The deck is fantastic. The only negatives we encountered were, the parking garage is great but was a little tight for my full sized truck, the ceiling fans could work better and the bed was a little uncomfortable for us.
