Longmont Getaway with Private Entrance

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. The two bedroom, one bathroom suite includes a work space, T.V with Ruku, fridge, and microwave to make your Colorado visit comfortably memorable. You’ll also have access to the owner’s backyard to enjoy your morning coffee or a drink after work. Easy walk to local dining, parks and lakes.

The space
Guest area with private entrance from the main house. Street parking available or park in the back by the shed (access through the alleyway).

Guests are welcome to use the fire pit and chairs in the back area to enjoy some quality time outside.
Other things to note
Hairdryer and other bathroom amenities are in the mirror cabinet in the bathroom.

Please note that the suite DOES NOT have a full kitchen. The kitchen upstairs (shared with hosts) is ONLY for long-term stays.

There are a couple of different settings for the fan lights. If you want the full lights just keep pulling the chord. It has 3 lights settings.

The grey lamp in one of the rooms is on by a simple touch or by the switch. It also has a couple of settings to adjust brightness.

Please turn the AC off while not in use.

The books on the table are for your reading pleasure, please don’t use them for anything else. If you need a stool, or anything extra for your stay, please let us know.

Something to watch for

When we arrived there was no bathmat. Consequently my husband fell on a wet floor. He was not injured. The owners did bring a bathmat on the next day. There is a step into the shower also. Tough for older people like us!

Nice place just a couple blocks from pond.

Clean, no funky smells or added scents, good firm beds and bedding. Despite all the lake pictures (one of them labelled "property grounds") the nearest water is a pond in the city park a block away. You will share the backyard with owners' dog and its poop. The smart TV was not set to guest mode, so it was a problem. I used my own Roku stick. Access to laundry room is by thin door and also allows access to owners' entire house. We enjoyed our stay; we felt like teenagers hanging out in the basement while our parents were upstairs the whole time.

Better than the pics

My first impression is that it's cuter than the pictures show. You walk into a small living room area where the two bedrooms and bathroom branch off of. It's homey, it's decent size. Not too small for what we needed. We didn't spend much time there however. It was literally just to sleep! It's so close to a nice paddle boarding lake, some shopping centers and great restaurants. Sometimes there was some noise upstairs but nothing bad. Nice little backyard area but we never had a chance to light a fire and hang out. One day we were out till exhausted and the other there was a bad storm.
