Aloha, and thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you encountered a spider and a cockroach during your stay. While Hawaiʻi’s tropical climate can occasionally lead to pests even in well-maintained homes, we understand how frustrating that can be. Please know we take this seriously and have already shared your comments with our pest control vendor so they can increase treatments and inspections. We truly appreciate you staying with us and helping us improve. Mahalo, Knutson & Associates Property Management
