Perfect Location

We had a 4 generation family group of 11. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The bedroom with attached en suite and walk in shower was a perfect option for my 80-year-old father. We had a stunning view from the 18th floor of both the ocean and the pool area. The resort shuttle is a great option for traveling to Barefoot Landing. We had some rainy weather during our visit, so the expansive balcony was a great option to sit outside.

Better than the pics!!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay!The location was great, the condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked!!The views of the ocean and resort pool area were spectacular!! The elevators moved along very well! Did not have to wait long, even for being on the 18th floor.Communication with the owner was very good!!Thank you for sharing your home with us!We would definitely stay at this condo again!!

Family Christmas Gathering

Our family was very happy with the property. It was large enough for our group of 12 to feel comfortable while relaxing, cooking and playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware and glasses. One suggestion we would like to offer would be to service the dishwasher because it was beginning to leave food particles on the plates and glasses. A second suggestion would be to restring the curtains in the western bedrooms so guests could enjoy the beautiful views! Overall we loved the place and plan to return!

The worst property I have stayed in North Beach Resort

So many doors do not lock on the master bedroom,master bathroom.and others doors didn’t lock.On the reservation said that it will have 2 sofa bed but only have one and it was broken Kitchen was awful dirty the walls need paint, the bathroom some lights were not working also mold between the grout.

Family Getaway

We hosted children and grandchildren 7 adults, 4 children. Very nice floor plan for a crowd with large dining table and adequate seating in the living area. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived, but one call to the desk and a new replacement was delivered quickly. There were some nice touches that weren't "must haves", but they made the stay better - such as hooks for towels and swimsuits in a hallway and near the kitchen, adequate towels, plenty of plug ins with outlets and usb/c ports. The beds were clean and linens fresh. Washer and dryer in the unit, laundry basket was provided. The tile floor in the unit needs to be deep cleaned, some of the faucets and fixtures are getting loose and there is a rusted out area in one of the tubs, but we used the primary bathtub for the kids which was in good condition. We stayed during peak season and the elevator was ridiculously slow, often held up for staff moving large linen carts between floors as well as for guests. It would benefit all to have a dedicated service elevator. Overall it was a lovely stay and I didn't have a need to contact the owner, but she reached out via email during our stay and I felt like she was available if we had needed her.
