Beautiful home in a perfect location. My family was in town for my son’s wedding and we had 7 people staying overnight. The bedrooms, kitchen and living area were perfect for our group. Less than five minutes from grocery shopping and the wedding venue. We could not have asked for a better home!

We absolutely loved our stay! Megan and Family opened up their home to my wife and I and our friends for a Madison v Illinois football weekend. The home was clean, home-y, well equipped with anything you’d need during our stay, and very comfortable for a decent size group (we were 10, with 4 couples). The property was a nice location, only a 20 min drive to downtown. Megan went above and beyond with her communication and support — even mailing an item left behind the very next day! We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town. Thank you again!!

Gorgeous home!

We had 3 couples stay for a birthday celebration weekend. We all had a private space and could enjoy the common areas of the home. Beautifully decorated with all needed items available. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area!

Beautiful well-maintained newer home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. There is a small park right out the back door. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Very large living spaces with plenty of seating for the ten adults in my family. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and was able to provide a slightly early check in. Great location - 18 minutes from the capitol. I would definitely rent again.

Great place to stay for the Midwest Gypsy Swingfest

The location was very convenient for our event and a recommended restaurant, Quivey's Grove, was close by and wonderful. Location is an easy drive to downtown Madison. The house has plenty of comfy beds and great seating areas for hanging out with friends. Highly recommended!

Christmas with family

The house is perfect for a family to stay in. The house is comfortable and well laid out. There are high end appliances and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. It’s a beautiful home and it was decorated for Christmas which was wonderful.

Perfect Space

Quick jaunt to Madison, and New Glarus for the brewery! Megan was responsive, and great to work with. Great space to get together and play some games. Park for the kiddos in the back.

Wonderful Home

This was the perfect home for our entire family. The house is immaculate and spacious. I loved the two family rooms and the fact that most of the bedrooms had king sized beds. The younger grandkids loved the playground and the older ones enjoyed the games that were available to play. The location was great - close enough to restaurants and stores, but in a country-like setting. We were there for a graduation/family reunion and we’re only minutes away from the venue. Thanks for sharing your home!

Why they chose this property

We selected to build our family home in the Quarry Visita Neighborhood because it is in walking/biking distance to all of the amenities we enjoy such as bike trails, coffee shops, ethic restaurants, movie theaters, bowling, and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our home is very centrally located it is about 15 minutes to downtown and the Capitol. We are 10 minutes from Epic and University Ridge Golf. The bike trails leading all over Dane County are at the bottom of our hill. We feel having a park right behind our home is a special gem for outdoor enthusiasts!
