Great house for family or group. Very comfortable. Easy walk to downtown. Beth, the host, is a great communicator, friendly, and very easy to deal with. We look forward to another stay.
This rental was perfect for a ski weekend with family. Plenty of common area space and slept 6 adults quite comfortably. Convenient location very walkable to town and to the gondola.
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Beth’s property. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. The accommodations are roomy and perfect for a long weekend. Beth’s instructions are easy to follow for check-in and the amenities and we greatly enjoyed our stay!

HI Keith, thanks for your visit to our family cabin. We appreciate your comments and look forward to having you return!--Beth
This was the perfect house to stay in for our weekend in Breckenridge - I wish we could have stayed longer!
The place is super clean and cozy. The couch area is nice and spacious so you can chill out after a day of skiing and the kitchen is really well stocked so it’s easy to make your own dinners etc.
It’s a short walk to the gondola and you can store your skis and boots at the house.
Beth was an excellent communicator and the whole stay was super easy.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
We loved this place! Just the right size for our family of 5 with 3 grown children. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Large dining table that comfortably fit everyone. Comfy living room with fireplace. Walk to downtown shops and restaurants was only 5-8 minutes and very easy, even in the snow. Free bus stop to gondola was about 3-4 minute walk in either direction. Even found a vintage puzzle in the basement that we had fun with. Communicating with the owner was very easy. Plenty of space for our 2 cars in the driveway. The only very minor critique is that the VRBO listing indicated a hot tub, but there was not a hot tub that we could find at least. We will be back!!

Family friendly and close to downtown Breckenridge
We have vacationed in Breckenridge about 10 times over the past 10 years. We have stayed in a variety of properties - including ski-in-out, house in Blue River, the resort, major hotels, and camping. This was, by far, the best experience that we have had and the best value.
The rental home is located just a few minutes from Main St. and about a 10 minute walk to the Peak 7 gondola. We had our sons, aged 4 & 6, and my in-laws, staying with us on our week long vacation. There are three bedrooms - my in-laws were able to stay on the main level and not worry about the stairs, and upstairs are two bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom. There were plenty of extra sheets, towels, and blankets.
We loved the open floor plan of the kitchen/ dining/ living room. We had 4 friends come over for dinner one night and there was plenty of space at the large dining room table. We cooked dinner at the house 5 out of 7 nights and were able to save money not going out. The grocery store is .5 mile from the property. The kitchen is fully equipped and very well organized. There is also a charcoal grill, but we did not brave the cold to grill-out. We also loved the wood burning stove and the owners provide wood (stacked in the basement!) for use. Also in the basement are the washer and dryer.
We were able to share one vehicle while in Breckenridge. My in-laws took the CME shuttle from the airport (door-to-door service) and we drove. Only one vehicle was not a problem since the house is so close to EVERYTHING! My in-laws went snowmobiling and on a sleigh ride in Frisco, my husband spent 4 days snowboarding, my sons and I took ski school, we were able to sled from the driveway into the backyard, and we watched the New Year's fireworks show from the back porch! Also, parking in downtown in Breckenridge during peak season is difficult - another reason why the walkability of the property to town was so great.
The owners are very kind, good communicators, and easy to work with. The house is very clean and well maintained. We would love to stay here again. I can't say enough good things about this property - I spent a lot of time researching houses in Breckenridge during peak season and this is one of the most reasonably priced, best located properties available.
Beth was so easy to work with and great at communicating. She was extremely helpful! The place is spacious, clean, warm, and cozy. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had so much fun. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. It was nice to have the large table for everyone to sit at. It was a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend stay here! :) Thanks so much again for having us as guests and allowing us to create wonderful memories!
Wonderful cabin close to Main St. but just far enough away to feel like you are in woods. Every evening we saw wildlife (deer and fox) off the back porch.
Great location, nice and clean cabin, everything we needed to enjoy Breck with great communication from the owner.
We loved this cabin. It is in a perfect location and was just right for our family of 5 plus our dog. The house was so comfortable, well cared for, and well stocked. We felt like we were staying in the home of a friend. Communication with Beth, the owner, and Kaj, the manager, was easy and prompt. This house has obviously hosted many happy family gatherings over the years and ours was no exception. We loved it!

Great In-Town Breck Cabin
If you are looking for the Colorado mountain cabin experience this home is what you are looking for. Very well maintained, updated and functional but not showy or pretentious in any way. Everything we needed was there in the well stocked kitchen. The wrap around deck has great views of the ski runs and there is plenty of open space in the huge yard so that you feel much more remote than you acctually are in this in town location.. It's an easy bike ride down to town and everything Breck is right there.

Wonderful taste of real Breckenridge charm!
Great location right in town. Awesome deck and yard area to spread out in. Very homey and comfortable. I doubt there is a better value in Breckenridge. Owners were very engaged and helpful! If we go back to Breck we'll be checking on this place first.
