Relax in this beautifully renovated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home inside the gate in Colington Harbour. This home has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, towels, and cozy bedding. Enjoy the Roku TV in the living room or queen bedroom at the end of the day. The front deck is furnished and ready for making memories. This family friendly community features a boat marina, neighborhood pool, soundside beach park with playground, dog park, and basketball court. You won't want to miss the sunset over the sound!

The sound is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive, the ocean is a short 10 minute drive away.

This property was very cozy & pet friendly. The kitchen was well stocked. We came in the winter so the bathroom was a little cold during our stay. The beds were very comfy. The host was very responsive & took time to check on us once we settled in. Overall we had a good peaceful stay.

Cozy beach cottage

We greatly enjoyed staying at this beach cottage. The cottage renovations are beautiful. The cottage was clean and provided all essentials. We will definitely be returning for another stay at this cottage, it was perfect.

Cozy OBX cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very clean and beautifully renovated. It was nice being able to bring our dog with us. The host was very easy to communicate with, a great experience overall for our first trip to the Outer Banks!

Sail Cove Colington Harbor

We stayed in the cutest cottage. It was everything we expected and more! The area was so quiet and peaceful. We took several walks in the neighborhood and just fell in love with the area.

Just Petfect!!

I loved the description of this little house when we reserved but actually finding the back story and seeing the transformation made me love it more!! It was perfect for 2 adults and our dog. The community is very quiet and friendly. I like that it was 10 minutes off the main highway away from the bussyness of OBX. I hope to return next summer! Thank you for sharing your beach home for all to enjoy!!

Great house, great amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The host had many items available to us when we arrived like hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, beach towels linens and towels. There were also snacks, water and coffee. The place was very clean and cool. My only complaint is the water not draining well in the shower but that was manageable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
