Entry:
The front door to the lobby of the building is located on the corner of Bartholomew St. & Burgundy St. Enter code “#1986” to unlock the doors and make your way through the lobby to the elevators. The code to enter the unit is the last four digits of the phone number on your booking. Place your palm on the black screen on the door to illuminate the numbers. To unlock the door, enter the code and wait for the lock to finish unlocking the deadbolt. When leaving, press the "lock" button at the top of the lock and wait for the lock to finish locking.
Parking:
Secure parking is located inside the building. You can find the parking garage entrance along the Burgundy St. side of the building. Enter code “#1986” to open the automatic door. Once inside, park in space designated 13. Only one parking spot is allowed inside the building with the condo. IF YOU PARK ANYWHERE ELSE YOU WILL BE TOWED. For additional cars, you can find ample free street parking around the building. You can access the lobby from the parking lot. Door code to enter is #1986.
CHECK-IN is at 3PM
CHECK-OUT is at 11AM
Garbage: Garbage chute is located in the hallway labeled REFUSE ROOM. Please dispose of all trash here. DO NOT STUFF OVERSIZED BAGS IN THE CHUTE. It will get clogged.
Patio Door: To lock and unlock the patio door, you must lift the handle to the upright position before turning the deadbolt. Please lock the patio door prior to departure.

Rules:
Please be respectful of others around you, most people in the building are full-time residents who call this home. We must maintain a quiet, peaceful, and respectful atmosphere at all times. Please thoroughly read the building rules as they are strictly enforced.
1. No Excessive Noise | 24/7 real time noise monitoring devices are located throughout the building.
2. No Guests or Events | Occupancy in the room and anywhere else in the building is limited to only those listed on the reservation.
3. No Smoking Inside | If you smoke inside your condo, you will be asked to leave and pay a significant extra cleaning fee. If you smoke on the balcony, please properly dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not throw them off the balcony.
4. No Pets | No pets are allowed for short term rental guests. You may see some pets in the building, but they belong to building residents.
5. Park Only in Your Assigned Spot in the Garage | You will be given an assigned parking spot in your welcome packet. If you parked anywhere else in the garage, you will be towed. You may also park along the street outside the building.
6. Pool and Gym Access is allowed (There isn’t a code on the pool door. It stays unlocked. But the gym code is 13579#)
7. No Loitering in Common Areas | Please do not hang out in the lobby or other common areas. In the spirit of maintaining the residential atmosphere of the building, we cannot allow groups to occupy common areas.
If any of these rules are broken your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you have an excellent stay!

Noise levels: Even the best party cities value quiet residential neighborhoods. Please be respectful of your noise level after 10pm. If you want to get rowdy, there are multiple bars in your area - get out there and get crazy!
Safety: KEEP DOORS LOCKED AT ALL TIMES. We recommend always locking doors (especially car doors) and using your best judgment on the streets - secure valuables.
Transportation: We recommend taking an UBER or Lyft over a taxi. It’s fast and cheap. Just download the UBER or Lyft App!
