Cette maison confortable a une piscine privée extérieure, un barbecue extérieur, un bar, une cuisinière et une salle de bain complète, des hamacs et un beau jardin. A l'intérieur de la maison, c'est une chambre principale avec un lit queen size avec a / c. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits superposés avec des ventilateurs de plafond et a / c. We had a wonderful time at this house in Rincon. It was well-equipped with towels and other useful supplies. The pool was fantastic. It was nice being a short walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Rincon. There were tons of roosters in the neighborhood, so you may consider earplugs for sleeping. The host was helpful and responded quickly to the few questions we had. Thank you for making this a memorable visit!

Our stay was relaxing and rejuvenating. The location is close enough to everything in the Rincon area. The outdoor area and pool allowed us to enjoy the house more.

A great house in Rincon!

We love staying in the house. The pool is wonderful and we really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. It’s great for families or small groups of friends. Hope to stay here again.

Great Pool

Pool area is amazing, my family really enjoyed hanging together outside. Location is easy to get to and it's close to everything you need. If you're in Rincon on Thursday's don't forget to visit the Art Walk.

if you are looking for the perfect beach house getaway in Puerto Rico you have found it! The house has just the right amount of space and amenities. Carlo is an awesome host who has found a tiny slice of heaven.

The house is perfect, the only thing that the house needs is a washer and dryer other than that is a perfect house to stay and have fun with your love ones.

Beautiful comfortable home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and the furnishings were very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were especially beautiful and relaxing. The property itself was difficult to find at first due to the street map in Waze was out of date for the road that the property was on, but once we found it we were very pleased. We would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to returning in the future.

Stella neighborhood of Rincon

Could not have been a better stay, the pool and full outdoor kitchen were amazing and the short walk to the neighborhood beach offered beautiful happy hour sunsets each night. Easy access to groceries and a plethora of restaurants in walking distance. The home interior was really relaxed and comfortable with everything you'll need. Can't wait to get back here.

We have come to Rincon for 10-11 years and love it! Stella is a super friendly neighborhood and this property was perfect! Wonderful outside area, very clean inside! The owner was super responsive to any and all of my questions right away! Endless supply of towels, chairs, shampoo etc! We would definitely return!!

Another wonderful year here!

This is our second year here and we love it! We’ve been coming to Rincon for 15 years and love the area! Both the indoor and outdoor area at the house are wonderful with shade built in! The owner provides all the basics (which is not standard)!!!! You can show up and get straight to fun!! We’ll be back again next year!

Great spot, would absolutely return

We've stayed in the Stella area before so wanted to stay there again. We had a great time at Casita Tres Mares - we walked around the neighborhood, to the nearby beaches, drove to some farther beaches, and didn't mind at all staying in and just reading/doing puzzles on the two rainy days. The house was well-stocked on soap/shampoo/paper towels/towels, and we cooked a few nights. It was nice to have the pool for swimming since the surf was too rough even at Los Almendros when we were there. Comfortable beds, and I absolutely loved relaxing in the hammocks.

The home was absolutely beautiful

This beautiful home surpassed all of our expectations not only was it just as described it was even nicer. The house was impeccably, clean, very well appointed with all the amenities mentioned in the listing. We took advantage of the outdoor kitchen and barbecued a couple of nights we were there, my wife worked remotely by the pool, and head no troubles with Wi-Fi anywhere in the house.the Area of Rincon had so many beautiful restaurants overlooking the water, it was very impressive. I would like to think the host for his hospitality.

Amazing house!

We picked this house because it was reasonably priced and had a large clean pool where our kids could spend hours playing and swimming. Everything is as described, two bedrooms with AC so even during summer nights we slept in comfort. The neighborhood was relatively quite, even felt a bit deserted due to it being off season. The house is located 5-10 minute drive from most of Rincon beaches. Two large supermarkets are also minutes away. We would definitely visit this house again!

Great outdoor area, but major comfort issuesWe loved the pool and the outdoor space — really beautiful and relaxing. The beach nearby is quiet and easily walkable, and the beds were comfortable.What we didn’t like:– Noise! The bedrooms have no glass windows, only screens, which is apparently common in Puerto Rico, but this absolutely needs to be disclosed in the listing. After the first night we wanted to leave. Roosters, barking dogs, and neighbor noise made it very hard to sleep. Earplugs and white noise helped, but it was still challenging.– Trailer park behind the fence: less than 2 meters from the house. On 7 out of our 9 nights there were people there in the evenings — talking, singing, hanging out until around 11 pm. Not extremely loud, but because they are right behind the mesh fence, it feels like they’re in your yard.– Cleanliness: the kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor grill was great, but the kitchen and floors need a deep cleaning. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and this was by far the dirtiest kitchen we’ve encountered.

We understand that noise was a concern during your stay. In many areas of Puerto Rico, natural sounds such as roosters and dogs are part of the local fauna and daily life. As these sounds come from outside the property, they are part of the surrounding environment. Your stay also coincided with the Thanksgiving holiday, which in Puerto Rico marks the official beginning of the Christmas season, a time when neighbors often gather, celebrate, and enjoy music together. Regarding the windows, the screened windows are intentional and typical in tropical homes, as they help promote natural airflow and keep the home comfortable in a warm and humid climate. This setup reflects the local style and climate and may not suit every traveler’s expectations. As for the surrounding area, while it is outside our property boundaries, we understand how close proximity can affect the sense of privacy. Cleanliness has always been one of our top priorities and is a key part of the experience we provide. This is consistently reflected in our previous guest reviews, which highlight the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. We regret that the kitchen and floors did not meet expectations during this stay, and we have shared this feedback with our cleaning team to reinforce deeper cleaning standards moving forward. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving, and we thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Great place!

Carlo's house was great as was Carlo himself! The property was perfect for 4 of us looking to check out Rincon and do some surfing. The pool and pool games including pool basketball and volleyball was a lot fun. The hammocks gave a nice place to relax. Easy drive or cab to the bars and nightlife. Carlo was very responsive if we needed anything. In fact we even forgot our ipad there and he was kind enough to promptly send to us no charge! Thanks Carlo!
