Surf or play on one of Puerto Rico's best beaches. If you're looking to get away from traffic & high rise condos, this location is for you. Plenty to do and see in an exotic, funky & laid back atmosphere. Walk the beach for miles & find sea glass or other treasures. Come discover why Hwy 413 is known as the 'Road to Happiness' and the poster reads, 'Rincon--Puerto Rico's Best Kept Secret. More than a destination. A feeling. An attitude. An environment.' Your accommodations are great--entire top floor of a 3-story building so lots of windows & light and ocean views are incredible from most every room! There is a rooftop terrace with bath and beachside patio with stairs to the beach. A split unit A/C cools the main living spaces and all three bedrooms have air conditioning. If temperatures are in the mid 80's, I like to open the windows to let the outside in and the tropical breezes keep you comfortable year round with ceiling fans in all rooms. Sleeps 7 with a king bed, queen bed & 3 twin beds. We have WiFi, Cable & Smart Roku TV and have fast enough speeds to stream and work from home. Rent surf boards next door and take lessons. This is life on the Beach in Rincon! Wake up & check the surf without leaving the bedroom. Excellent restaurants in walking distance. Shop the fresh produce at Farmer's Market and pick up the fisherman's fresh catch. Watch Humpback Whales frolic from late January through early April from your dining table. Walk to great dining & night life. Can it get any better?

Checks off every thing on your list for a beach getaway

Words can’t describe what a wonderful stay this was. location was perfect with the Villa being steps away from the beach. Daily walks to restaurants and bars on and off the beach, waterfalls 45min away, Downtown 10min away, Domes Beach is a must, boat/snorkle excursion, plus so much more we explored around the area. We also rented the 1st floor so our family and friends could stay close but also have their own space. It worked out perfectly! The rooftop was great for morning views and coffee and dinner with everyone. The long car ride to Rincon is well worth it if you are debating that. I would recommend traveling the longer route around to the south. Way less traffic, people, and a prettier view. Thanks for a remarkable stay

awesome location!

Stayed with my family, two small children incuded. We had an amazing time. The view from the windows and balcony are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and falling asleeo to the ocean waves was so lovely. We really enjoyed being right on the beach. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops. The house has a generator and air which was helpful. Erica and Ryan who manage the property where so easy to contact and so kind and helpful. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Another fabulous stay at Sandy Beach

We LOVE this property for so many reasons, the cleanliness, the decor, and especially the responsiveness of the host! The location is perfect , beachfront plus walking to restaurants and shops. We will be back!

Awesome place to stay for sure !

We had the best time with so much great food everywhere ! Beautiful views and hear the waves roll in. Doesn’t get much better than that. Ryan was super and Melinda the host was over the top!! We will definitely be a returning tenant . Thank yall for everything!

A perfect home on the beach

The place is just great in every way, especially if you have surfers in your group. The beach upfront was a bit rough for swimming during our stay but very pleasant for sitting and relaxing with plenty of shade. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable for 4-5 adults. We alternated between eating out locally (a few choices within walking distance) and cooking at home and even found some fresh fish in town to grill on the rooftop. Erica and the crew were extremely responsive to any questions and did their best to smooth things out during an island-wide power outage on New Year’s Eve.

Our Happy Place

This condo has everything needed to enjoy the beach and the area. The kitchen is well stocked and all appliances are in good condition. Our family enjoys spending time here and we are grateful to have a lovely place.

Rincon Sandy Beach

This is a fantastic property right on the beach. It has a back up generator and AC and every room. AC was fantastic and we experienced the back of generator working. A great spot if you wanna come to Rincon to surf or learn to surf. Lots of restaurants near by and the grocery store is 15 minutes away in town.

Paradise on the Beach

This was our 5th return to this property and like all the previous visits it was fabulous. The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The home sits steps from Sandy Beach and check in was a breeze. We’ve appreciated the consistency of this property over the years and will be back again next year! .

Paradise on the Beach

Our stay at Sandy Beach was absolute perfection. The house was spotless, thoughtfully supplied with all things needed for a week long stay on the beach, and had plenty of room to spread out: balcony, rooftop deck, and beach side patio. We walked to local restaurants, had coffee on the rooftop deck, and throughly enjoyed our stay. Our host Melinda was so easy to work, quick to respond, and we've already re-booked for next year. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Sandy Beach/Rincon.

The Best Spot

The property is so well equipped with everything you need - nothing is overlooked. Beach towels, chairs, coolers, even a high chair and baby items. Walking distance to four restaurants & a couple of cute shops. This is our 3rd time staying in Sandy Beach and by far our favorite accommodations by far. We all cried when we left!

Truly a paradise by the beach

We stayed with our family of six for 5 days here in summer of June'24. Our experience was great. The location of the property is amazing and opens up right to the beach. Our second floor unit was well equipped with all necessities including essentilas for the beach like chairs, frisbee, ball etc. As the pictures siggest, the unit is well lit with plenty ofnnatural light pouring in ans huge windows letting the ocean air in. We spent our mornings watching the sunrise from the terrace. Truly magical. Highly recommend!

We were so impressed with this condo , location and all it’s amenities! I’ve rented several vacation homes in the past and this one was definitely my best experience! From the over sized great quality beach towels , Tommy bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella to the prompt response from Erica the property manager any time I had a question. The ocean breeze was so perfect that I only chose to put the air on one night . The beds were extremely comfortable and clean , as was the whole house. There is absolutely nothing that I could say negative about this beach home . I would definitely stay here again !

Marvelous beach vacation!

We rented this property for a month to escape our northern weather. We had a wonderful time! The vrbo is the third floor of a large house. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer and living area. Plenty of room for company. It is directly on Sandy Beach which is a great place for long walks and finding sea glass. There are excellent restaurants nearby, including a few within walking distance. The roof has a grill and chairs..great place for yoga or sunbathing. The downstairs patio has lounge chairs. The property manager and owner were very nice and responsive. Very enjoyable stay!

Rimcon paradise!

Wow ! What a view....exactly how it looks in pictures. If you have friends or family ...Rent This! However be aware it is on 3rd floor, so not a place for older guests. That said everything else is amazing and our group will be back ! Thank you!! Oh and rincon lost power and they had a generator! This is key!!

Perfect Birthday Retreat

Absolutely beautiful VRBO with AMAZING views! Did not disappoint at all! The location was a little difficult to get to via GPS coordinates, however the the emailed instructions and welcome manual were very helpful. This much needed getaway was nothing short of incredible at this destination! Rincon is a small town with so many hidden gems, this being one of them! Third floor made for amazing views, just remember when hauling luggage :) I was very impressed with property management as they checked in with me and made sure we made it safe! Thank you for sharing this place with others!

Fell in love with Puerto Rico

Wonderful vacation! Puerto Rico is a beautiful country, amazing food, and with warm and lovely people! Our stay at Paradise on Sandy Beach was just perfect! High marks for the most comfortable beds at any VRBO we’ve rented! The back up generator comes in handy, I was not aware that the power grid in Puerto Rico goes down so often, but not a problem for us! Highly recommend you rent a car, so you can experience everything Puerto Rico has to offer. You will definitely want to explore further than walking distance. Highlight of our week was a trip to Gozalandia Falls and swimming under a waterfall. Great communication with the owners and the caretakers of this unit. Thanks for a fabulous week!

Rincón stay

We had stayed in this building years ago. This apartment needs a few things replaced to meet expectations: 1. Mattresses were terrible. 2. Plumbing fixtures in showers need to be replaced. Very inconsistent and no pressure.

This Condo Has it All!!!

Our family consisting of parents and 20-something year olds just spent 2 weeks (our 3rd visit to Sandy Beach) at Paradise at Sandy Beach and WE WILL BE BACK!!! This condo is your answer to a relaxing carefree vacation. The views are breathtakingly beautiful! The house is very clean and equipped with EVERYTHING you need! The condo managers, Erika and Ryan, were very accessible and not only answered all our questions, but provided us with a list of the best restaurants and activities in Rincon! The beach is literally a few STEPS from the house. Great surfing and sea glass hunting beach expanding for 2+ miles! Bars and restaurants are in walking distance. The rooftop is a great place for 360 degree views, family dinners and star gazing! One morning we saw a double rainbow from ocean to mountains! This condo has it all!

What a fantastic rental!

Very positive experience. Right on Sandy Beach, directly next to the surf rentals. Since we came in June, the swells were relatively small, but good enough to surf with a long board. Tons of beach chairs, towels, coolers and even a beach umbrella. The interiors of the oven and fridge looked like they weee never used. The management company was very responsive. We couldn’t find coffee filters, so they delivered a box to us. Several filter water pitchers, which saved us money buying bottled water.AC worked great, plenty of hot water. No complaints at all! Two excellent restaurants are within walking distance, as well as Jack’s Shack, a fantastic roadside place to breakfast/lunch. We loved lounging on the rooftop with a bottle of wine at night. We all felt very safe in Rincón. Food is delicious (expensive, but worth it.) Locals and tourists are all super friendly. First time in PR. We’d love to come back!

Great property on the best beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico is back at full strength!

We have been to Puerto Rico for our winter vacation for each of the last 12 years. This year we were hesitant to go in our usual January timeframe thinking why be an additional burden on the infrastructure. Puerto Rico is definitely back at full strength and we were welcomed as usual. The Puerto Rican culture of warmth, family and fun was not taken down by Maria. Now about Paradise at Sandy Beach. Wow, how many times can you say the property is better than what can be captured in photos. The style and furnishings are nicely done and it is very comfortable. All of the amenities are there. We usually look for a roof top, and there is one of course, but when you are steps from the beach we didn't use it as much as usual. Melinda and the local support staff are great to deal with. Erica was our main contact and she would respond in short time and checked in on arrival to make sure everything was ok. I recommend this location and will definitely be back.

Road to Happiness

This was the absolutely perfect location and getaway with friends. Right on the ocean with the most breathtaking views off the balcony, the condo was beautifully decorated, had all amenities needed. It is located right where the action is, in a very central location for walking to great restaurants, live music and dancing and right next door to surfing and kite surfing classes. I recommend having a car, but you could definitely have fun without, if you don't need a lot of variety and are there for the beach. Waves were to die for if you are a surfer. Many great spots to watch sunsets, enjoy drinks or dinner and take in the happy energetic lifestyle that exists in Rincon. It reminded me of a great beach town in California but with the Latin culture which makes it feel like you are really away from it all. Loved Tamboo for the music and dancing. English Rose mountain top breakfast, Calypso for sunsets and surfers. The Pool Bar, oh, many great destinations with character. The terrain is exciting with windy roads up and down mountains and the amazing beach right alongside. Right across the street from the condo is probably the best shop in town for souvenirs, beach wear, local art, jewelry. Many wonderful day trips to choose from. Best vacation ever. Just do it. You'll never regret it.

We've always dreamed of living on the ocean. In 2002 we stayed at a friend's condo on another Rincon beach for spring break. We walked by our property on this beach that was just constructed and fell in love with it. There were no high rise hotels or condo's on the beach and there were plenty of great restaurants and things to do in the area. Our daughters love the beach and it attracts all ages. Lots to do for young adults and parents. The people here are very friendly. Puerto Rico is exotic but is a territory of the US so no passport is required, money is the same and the real estate laws are very similar. I'm a realtor and can work well from my Puerto Rico 'home office' because we are well connected with cell phone reception and internet service.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

You can walk to several great restaurants and bars so it's nice to have that convenience. The views are exceptional, I think the best in Rincon, so we hate to leave the place once we get there. We love to dine on the roof top terrace and watch the moon & stars. We're on a peninsula on the farthest western point of Puerto Rico so you have interesting panoramic views. We look out on the Aguadilla peninsula in the distance. The sunsets are amazing! We love to walk the beach, some of it stretches along DNR owned property with no homes, and find interesting sea glass and shells. Most of all we love to relax and just take in the sun and watch the waves stack up and roll in.
