The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood (Audubon), ten minutes from all the popular spots in Louisville. This newly renovated home has an incredible kitchen, two large bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom. The house includes a large fenced backyard for your loving pets to join you throughout your stay. You'll have access to an attached garage to make parking safe and convenient! It is less than a 2-3 minute drive from the George Rogers Clark Park to bring children and your pets for a stroll!
