New 3 bdrm town home in Milton Florida. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Beaches, State Parks, and restaurants along the Gulf Coast from Pensacola to Destin will make this a memorable vacation.
Situated in a wooded quiet area this welcoming home is spacious and has everything you need to
enjoy family time away.
Downtown Pensacola is a short 20 minute Drive. Enjoy exciting local restaurants and shops on Palafox Street.

With tasteful decor and a large open floor plan, this 1,700 sq ft home is comfortable and quiet.
TVs in all bedrooms. with streaming capabilities through your personal accounts such as Hulu,
Netflix, and Disney Plus.

The living room and bedrooms have Quick Disconnect Game Console Connections for your favorite games.

The high end kitchen offers plenty of room to enjoy cooking your favorite meals. All new refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, & washer/dryer.
The unit supplies a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags , dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dish soap to get you started for the first couple of days. We do not supply personal soaps or shampoos.

All beds have a new mattress and bedding. Large fluffy towels for bath time.

Full access to the entire home. Single car garage available for our guests with a garage opener.

This house is beautiful and it still has the new home smell. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great for me, I was only a 15 minute drive from family. I highly recommend this home and I will for sure be back for another stay.

Family vacation

Our family enjoyed the layout of this home. With all the bedrooms upstairs it allowed for different bedtimes and wake times. The neighborhood was quiet with the exception of road noise in the front of the house.

Family Stay

This property was FANTASTIC for us. (Family of 5 stayed for 3 nights- me, my husband, and our 3 teenagers.) It was almost so good, I don’t want to tell anyone so it’s always available for us when we come down to visit family just about a block away! We appreciated the communication that was had with the owner- he was quick to respond and wanted to make sure all our needs were met. We would absolutely stay here time and time again or try any additional properties he may have in the surrounding area!
