Welcome to Coastal Haven
This stunning 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath luxury retreat offers over 4,290 sq. ft. of beautifully designed space and jaw-dropping sound and ocean views. Nestled on the sound side with a private dock, this home invites you to bring your boat or launch your kayaks and paddleboards right from the backyard (boat lift currently unavailable).

The backyard feels like your own private resort with:
• Heated private pool (seasonal fees apply)
• Hot tub (extra cost for use)

Spacious Layout for Everyone
• Top Floor: Open-concept living space with breathtaking views, a fully stocked kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, along with a full bath and half bath. Perfect for group meals and memory-making.
• Middle Floor: 4 ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom—ideal for comfort and privacy.
• Ground Level: Direct access to the pool, outdoor shower, dock, and storage for beach gear, kayaks, or paddleboards.

Elevator Access makes it easy to move between all levels.

Included Starter Amenities – Unique to Sol Searching Properties
To get your stay off to a smooth start, we provide a thoughtful bundle of “starter” items:
• Coffee, sugar, creamer, sugar alternatives, and filters
• New kitchen scrubber, dish towel & washcloth
• Dish soap, dishwasher tabs
• Powdered laundry soap
• Bar soap in each bathroom
• Ziplock bags, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels
• Clean linens, including comforters and shams
• Pack ‘n Play, high chair, and noise machines available upon request (first come, first served)

Additional Booking Details:
• $1,000 security deposit and signed rental agreement (via Ownerez) required to secure booking
• Primary renter must be 25+ years old and provide ID with matching credit card
• No smoking or pets allowed
• Hot tub and pool heating available March 1 – June 1 and Sept 15 – Nov 15 (additional cost)
• No pool heating June 1 – Sept 15
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
• Final payment due 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation

Our host, Melissa, was wonderful!The house was in a great location. We enjoyed some.fishing and also the beach is directly across the street.

The check in was good. The cleaners arrived 15 minutes before our check-in time, but did a good job getting things done quickly!

A grand home where every need is met. Beautiful interior, pool and ample parking. The dock is an awesome feature where our family fished and read daily. Sadly, the ocean view is blocked by a new build across the street, but not a big deal. If we knew our vacation dates for next year, we’d definitely book again.

Amazing Home-Didn't Want to Leave

House was in a great location with views of the sunrise and sunset. The kids loved the play room and we were able to fish right and swim without leaving. We will go back for sure. Host was great!

Bliss

We have stayed at this property three times. It is unlike any house on the island. As you look out of the front, you see the beautiful, blue ocean. In the back, you are directly on the sound with your own private dock. The furnishings are gorgeous and the house is spacious. That's not all! You have a private pool, a hot tub, and an elevator. True bliss.

This house checks all the boxes for a large group!

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here. We had a wonderful stay each time. Our group ranges from 10yrs old to 71yrs old. There is more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have private time or join together to have family time. The pool and hot tub were used almost everyday. The dock had one of us on it almost consistently from sun up to sun down. And for those of us who love sand between our toes, the beach access is across the street. Betsy and Melissa were very responsive to our needs and questions. The house comes stocked with everything you need. We highly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed!

Heaven on Earth

We have been making family memories at Topsail Island for seven years. This house is, by far, one of the best properties on the island. Oceanfront view in the front, bayside view in the back with a glorious dock and gazebo, private pool, elevator, spacious rooms, and too many amenities to mention. We just left and have already booked for next year. Betsy, (the Property Manager), was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend visiting a little bit of heaven on earth by visiting this beautiful vacation home.

What a wonderful place to stay on Topsail Island. This was the perfect place for our family with 6 spacious bedrooms, with actual sleeping space for 18 people. The kitchen is a dream for a large group. It's well equipped with everything you need. The dining room is huge and there is seating for 18 total people between the huge dining room table, and 2 bars. The bathrooms are fabulous! The view of Alligator Bay is wonderful and the sunsets are stunning. This property afforded my family to spend time at the beach, spend time in the pool, fish off the pier, go kayaking and more. Betsy was a fabulous property manager. We had a couple minor issues and she handled them very quickly for us. Gene the maintenance man is a doll. If I were to make any suggestions for the property, it would be to add a cordless vacuum for guests, to avoid so much sweeping. Property is clean, neat, and well appointed. We will definitely return, and of course use Betsy!
