I have stayed at many places in 30A, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, etc. Being new, this condo was beautiful and modern and the kitchen was better stocked than any I have seen. The pool was fantastic-- especially having the music. I experienced two negatives which may prevent me from returning to the location. There was only one A/C unit for the condo. We had to keep the upstairs very cold to get the downstairs to be even moderately comfortable. All the units are like this and nothing can be done except closing upstairs vents to try and force air downstairs. Similar issue with the pool. We have had a very humid summer which caused the pool and lazy river to be way too warm by late afternoon. I would probably go back in May or late September-- just not in the hottest months.
