Beautiful, brand new, one bedroom, two bath condo. The master bedroom comes complete with a king-sized bed and there's even a second living space divided from the master with a queen bed.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4.

Property amenities include: Olympic sized pool, kayak launching area, direct waterfront views from the pool and Marina area. Parking for one vehicle.

Absolutely no boats allowed on property or at Marina.
