Crystal Shores is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great Stay

We had a great overall stay! Amazing location. The home was clean and in pretty good shape. We did receive the incorrect access code for the amenities and beach access but we figured it out. We were disappointed that the rooms with the pool table and work out areas were super hot! Too hot to use the workout room which was really a bummer for me and too hot to stay too long in the pool table area. We would definitely stay again but would be much more attractive if the AC worked (or worked better?) in those rooms.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear you had a great overall stay and enjoyed the unbeatable location—July really is a beautiful (though toasty!) time to be at the beach. We’re sorry we missed the mark with the initial access code. This resort does rotate its codes frequently for security reasons, and we appreciate your patience as we got you the updated one. We're glad you were ultimately able to enjoy the amenities. You're absolutely right about the heat—temperatures during your stay were above average, even for July! While the beach is a perfect escape, we understand how disappointing it can be when indoor amenities like the workout room and game room don’t offer enough relief from the heat. We’ve passed your feedback along to resort management, and we're hopeful an A/C upgrade will be in place before the next summer wave rolls in. We’d love to welcome you back again—and hopefully next time, the cool air will be just as refreshing indoors as the sea breeze outside!

Great getaway

The condo was clean and had great views. We did run into issues with the Keurig. It leaks all over the counter. A new one is needed. Also the mattress is the 2nd bedroom is close to needing to be replaced. There is a hump in the middle of the mattress. Our friends found it hard to sleep on.

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the clean condo and those beautiful views—coffee on that balcony really is a must. We’re sorry to hear the Keurig wasn’t cooperating; had we known during your stay, we would’ve been happy to rush a replacement right over so you could enjoy your mornings properly. As for the mattress, it sounds a bit like a Goldilocks situation—just right for some, a little too firm for others. We’ve shared your comments with our property care team for review.
