Beautiful cozy apt in the best location in Isla Verde. City view - 1 bed/1 sofa bed/1 bath/1 pkg apt with ample living area and direct beach/ocean views. Living room connects to a balcony. The unit has two A/C units, a full kitchen and dining area. Awesome building amenities that includes pool, tennis & basketball courts; kids playground, BBQ stations, and the amazing direct beach access. Everything is within walking distance like restaurants, hotels, casinos and convenience stores.

Great Isla Verde Apartment
We had a great time in Isla Verde. The apartment was very clean and comfortable! It was a great value for the price point. I would recommend it.

Nice place
Nice pool. beach behind the building. As the host explained to me, Isla Verde is a tourist and party place. This condo faces a club that is open 24/7.

Our building is called Marbella del Caribe, west wing, located in Isla Verde Avenue and within walking distance from restaurants, a pharmacy, and a pizza place that is open 24/7.

First trip in San Juan
Condo was as described and per the pictures. Bed was comfortable and clean linen and towels supplied. Building and grounds were well maintained. Although a bit noisy at times in the evenings and nights, still nicely located on a beautiful beach, near restaurants and a supermarket. Would recommend.

Very cute unit with all the essentials for a nice stay. The minute we walked in to the condo it smelled fresh and clean. Everything was organized nicely. It has a very nice balcony with seating to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Access to the pool and beach is so convenient and easy. The unit had beach chairs and towels si we didn’t need to rent chairs. This is my 3rd time staying at Marbella del Caribe and probably the best experience. Huge shout out to the host, Fabiana Nevado, for always answering my messages within minutes. She definitely cares about her condo and making sure her guests have the best experience. I can’t thank her enough. If you are looking for the perfect stay in Isla Verde give Marbella del Caribe a chance and if you want the perfect host then definitely that is Fabiana Nevado.
