Check-in was smooth. The condo, amazing. I had one minor issue, but it was corrected. Home away from home. The views were phenomenal.

Family annual spring break vacay

This property was beautiful and spacious. The views were amazing. I felt the home was very welcoming and warming. The location was great and convenient to all attractions. The Host was very communicative and all needed info was recieved in a timely manner. Hoping destin can be a frequent travel spot for the family and if so, sill know where to stay

Me and my family enjoyed our stay so much. The view was magnificent. Having a beach set up was great. The condo was so clean and beautiful. Everything was provided except for food lol 😆 😂 If we ever visit again i hope we can stay there. Thank you

Great view! Steps away from the beach! Clean condo and smelled good when we walked in. Comfy beds. Nice baths. Very pleased! We would rent again.

Under Renovation

Even with the construction going on, our stay was enjoyable. When either in your condo or on the beach, you really don't realize anything is going on. Can't wait to see the final product.

They pulled their rental

We didn’t rent this property. They pulled their property. We ended up staying at another rental two doors down from this one and had a great time.

The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach was adult and family friendly. Great walking distance to some restaurants and shops. We had a couple of small maintenance issues, which were followed up on promptly.

Fall Break 2023

Condo was superb!! View of the beach/water from living room, kitchen, as well as master bedroom. Kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. If I had to say anything negative, and really not a big deal, due to the fact the kitchen was so well equipped with dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, and appliances,there wasn't room to store groceries. We could have moved things around, but prefer not to do so. Left things out on the counter, so not a big deal. The beach set up was a great added bonus. Also, it was a hike to the pool, but well worth it. Had a wonderful time and will definitely consider this unit for future visits to Destin. Thank you so much!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have celebrated most of our 45 anniversaries at Shoreline. Most have been wonderful. The last few years....Not so much. We've called ahead every year several times to check on construction, to hear "all is good." I don't remember the last time we stayed at Shoreline and didn't have to put up with, hammering, banging, workers yelling back and forth, construction vehicles and difficult access to our condo. Forget a quiet, peaceful or relaxing vacation. The condos have been around a long time, so I guess constant construction should be expected but it sure ruins the trip. Sorry, but we won't be back. If no other condominium in Destin has gulf view balcony available , I would go back here

One working elevator that we shared with construction crew along with their equipment and supplies. This was unsafe with all the building materials they were loading and unloading on elevator. Outside of building is under major repairs, plywood and plastic covers almost half of buildings. When I say major repairs, I mean major repairs. One afternoon a guy dropped from above and climbed over the balcony to blow the grit and dust off from their working, this kind of startled us. Condo room was very spacious and nice with a beautiful view of the gulf. Our biggest complaint was The floor needs a good mopping or steaming, we had to wear shoes all week inside to keep feet clean. We did vacuum, but that did not clean the grime off of the floors. Nice clean refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We enjoyed the table and chairs on the balcony , we ate every meal there. The pool is big and clean but it is across the parking lot,( yes I said across the parking lot without a sidewalk to get to it ) not even near the buildings. This unit also has the beach chairs and umbrella set up on the beach which was extra nice.

You can go out on the balcony and listen to the water. It has been clean and plenty of supplies as described in the rental agreement. The master bed is uncomfortable though. An amazing place to be !
