My first visit to Hawaii was 25 years ago. A vacation getaway turned into a place I call home. The water, the fragrant breeze, the mountains and the beauty...the islands are magical to me. We raised our children here to provide diversity and cultural awareness. I am in the health care industry which at times is very stressful. Island living, specifically Kai Lani living, provides the serenity and beauty to refresh and renew each day. Welcome to Kai Lani.

Why they chose this property

Kai Lani is a gated community with security. This property is minutes walking distance from the ocean, so swimming, snorkeling and relaxing at waters edge are always ours, without the hassle of trying to find parking. Dining, shopping and entertainment are also in walking distance.
Prized is this units ground floor and unobstructed view of the ocean. No better way to start ones day than coffee on the lanai and certainly no better way to end the day, then by watching the spectacular sun as it sets into the ocean.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! This property is on the drier side of the island, meaning we enjoy on average, 271 days of sunshine annually. Ko Olina is a resort community with easy access to fine dining , shopping, entertainment and Nature. We are out of the congestion, traffic and crowds of downtown. We enjoy a top rated golf course which has been host to international tournaments. Access to tennis courts and spa classes and the marina with water sports and ocean excursions is also provided.
