Si no está familiarizado con el Ko Olina Resort, por favor Google 'Ko Olina', hay demasiadas cosas divertidas que hacer, hay muchos lugares hermosos para ver, también muchos restaurantes y tiendas para hacer justicia en este pequeño anuncio.

Este condominio es sin duda en la mejor ubicación en Ko Olina. Fue la primera oficina de ventas y modelo de la casa de Ko Olina, y como se puede adivinar, que lo puso en la mejor ubicación.

Desde su patio trasero privado y terraza se puede ver (y ocasionalmente reírse) los golfistas, ver hermosas puestas de sol por la tarde, y luego ver las luces del complejo por la noche. Incluso se puede ver la mayoría de los fuegos artificiales es colocada en los centros turísticos.

Ubicado en una zona tranquila de la localidad sin embargo, un paseo fácil, carrito de golf, o en bicicleta a la Ko Olina de lagunas, playas, puerto deportivo, restaurantes, tiendas, y Disney.

Family Holiday

This property was perfect for our family of 3 couples with each having own bed & bath. The kitchen was well stocked and a nice size to cook in, having laundry facilities was a definite plus, and all the beach extras were really great: beach chairs, boogie boards, life jackets, snorkeling gear, coolers, bikes w/helmets and locks. The pool was a lovely oasis, and the view from the lanai was breathtaking. We loved making friends with a neighborhood cat! I highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous Spacious Condo Overlooking Golf Course

Our stay was absolutely perfect ~ A gorgeous spacious condo ~ beautifully decorated ~ Kitchen, bathrooms were well stocked with everything you could possibly need ~ We had access to bikes ~ lawn chairs ~ The beds were extremely comfortable ~ The location was overlooking a golf course ~ so private and peaceful ~ The owner was so lovely to deal with ~ communication with the owner was exceptional ~ prompt, friendly, helpful and so respectful of our privacy and space ~ We would highly recommend this condo.

Our visit to paradise

Excellent property and the owners were absolutely wonderful. We were provided with lots of information on local activities that we enjoyed. Property was better than advertised. Lots of room. Very clean and organized. Many things to do in the local area accessible either via walk or one of the many bikes that were in the garage. If we ever come back to Oahu we will definitely stay at this property. 5 stars.

Our wonderful home away from home in paradise

This property is perfect. It is very clean and safe feeling! The owners are warm and answer questions promptly. We will differently come back to this property our next trip to Oahu. Perfect for families with a fully supplied kitchen, washer and dryer,and garage stocked with beach toys and bikes. This has been one of the best vacation rentals we've rented.

Beyond perfect!

Dennis and Terri were wonderful hosts. The condo is beautiful and in a great location with easy access to great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Having bikes and beach gear to use was a very nice convenience. We visit Oahu frequently and definitely will be back!

Fabulous Holiday Vacation!

Our family of 6 included two kids and grandparents. We had the pleasure of staying in the condo owned by Teri and Dennis. They go above and beyond to make sure the experience is perfect. The condo is very clean and spacious. There is cable, air conditioning, ceiling fans and the beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and eat at home. Teri stocked the kitchen counter with Kona coffee, pineapple and a bottle of wine to welcome us! The kids also had gifts under the Christmas tree that was put up on the table. We stayed for 9 nights/10 days over Christmas and the New Year. We went to the lagoons everyday to snorkel and the kids were thrilled to see the sea turtles. The condo comes with a garage full of bikes, boogie boards, water shoes, ice chests, snorkel gear, beach bags, sunblock, chairs, and toys for the kids. We did not have to buy anything special for our beach days and all of the lagoons are within walking distance. Teri will make sure you have plenty of options for sightseeing, working out, date nights, or anything else that you want to do while on vacation. We loved that they live next door & check in often to make sure everything is good. If you like to work out, I suggest trying one of Teri’s classes. It’s a great way to begin the morning. Yoga on the beach was amazing & we learned a lot about fascia exercises too! The fireworks show for New Year’s Eve was spectacular and we even scored a ride back to the condo with our gracious hosts. We felt like family by the time we were getting ready to leave. We would come back & highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Everything you could possibly need!

My family and I just got back from Hawaii last night and are already planning when we can go back. We lost a family member a few months ago and needed a retreat for the holidays. This was the most perfect home for us- close to the beach when we wanted but enough away for quiet and privacy. We loved having a quiet breakfast and dinner on the porch overlooking the golf course. We took evening bike rides (they have 7 I believe). Their garage is stocked with coolers, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, water inflatables and toys for kids, and many more things! Neighborhood is friendly and quiet- very respectful! We fell in love with Ko Olina and will definitely be back SOON! Thank you Teri and Dennis!!

Great base for a relaxing holiday

We spent a week here and were extremely happy. Teri and Dennis are the perfect hosts, and the house was perfect for us. We had our two kids (4 and 6), and our in laws and were very comfortable. The garage is full of beach stuff and bikes, and being able to cruise around ko olina on the bikes really added another element of fun for us. Amazing home with everything you need!

We usually stay at the Ko Olina Marriott but could not get in so booked here. Will not go back to Marriott! This is an awesome home with everything you could need for a vacation at the beach! It has a two car garage and there are six bikes, two trailers to haul your gear to the beach, 6 Tommy Bahama chairs and three umbrellas. We have been coming to Ko Olina for years so we know it well, but staying in this home allowed us to get the most out of the area. It is hard to believe this home has been rented based on the excellent condition of the property. It is very Hawaiian comfortable and has everything you could want while also very upscale compared to any island hotel. Watch the early morning golfers while you drink your coffee on the back porch and walk less than 10 minutes to the beach for the sunset. I could certainly go on, but most importantly Terri is committed to you having a great Hawaiian vacation! They are the best! Terri likes to greet you personally to help you plan trips to the best spots on the island. I can’t imagine a better value and experience than staying here! Mahalo!

Simply Amazing

Couldn't ask for anything more. The Hosts have thought of everything you would need for your time on the island. From towels to snorkeling gear even down to sunscreen for your beach days. The condo is modern and the beds are comfortable. Ko'Olina is beautiful. dont miss the sunset from Lagoon 1

Amazing vacation spot!

This was an awesome place for us to stay with my husband and 2.5year old daughter. Teri was super helpful with giving us tips to make our stay fun and easy! She even arranged to get a bike trailer so we could use the bikes to get to the beach with our daughter. This condo has everything a family would need to have a good time! Coolers, snorkel gear, bikes, helmets, beach toys for kids, chairs for the beach etc! We loved the golf course being so close, the awesome lagoons and a fun thing for our daughter was the breakfast with characters at the Disney hotel! Highly recommend this place and hope to come back again:)

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Ko Olina Fairways! Every aspect of the townhouse was great. The 3 bedrooms and living areas were spacious for our party of 3 adults and 2 young kids. The place is stocked with everything needed for a Hawaiian vacation: snorkels, boogie boards, bicycles, beach toys, etc. The pool was delightful and many friendly families were around in the complex. Teri and Dennis, the owners, were extremely thoughtful and helped us arrange everything from a golf cart rental to finding us a bicycle with training wheels for our young daughter. We would highly recommend staying at this unit and in Ko Olina.

Perfect Place!

Our family included grandparents, parents, and two teenage boys. This place was perfect for us! We spent many days at the nearby beaches and coves. Very convenient! The view was wonderful, the place was very clean, and well stocked with all things necessary for a trip to Oahu. The owner, Teri, provided us with bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, scuba gear, a cooler, and all the things needed for lots of fun at the beach. She also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and to give us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Ko Olina has a lot to offer and is one of the most beautiful parts of the island. Aloha!

What a find!

I had the pleasure of staying at the condo that Teri and Dennis rented to me and my family in May 2017. The condo was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. Teri made us feel right at home and gave us great advice on activities, food, etc. The condo is close to the lagoons, hotels and some shops. We enjoyed the bikes very much and loved having breakfast outside (six of us) each morning. Having all the amenities was perfect for us (dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc) I highly recommend this area to anyone considering renting instead of staying in a hotel. This was the first time I had ever done this and my experience couldn't have been more positive!

Fabulous Stay!!

This was our first trip to Hawaii, and we enjoyed our stay in Ko Olina immensely. The area is perfect for relaxation, as well as a good starting point for day trips around the island. The nearby lagoons and resorts were easy to access, especially with the bikes provided by Teri and Dennis, and the lagoons are very family friendly for swimming and snorkeling. We were traveling with our two children (ages 10 &11) as well as grandparents, and the condo was very comfortable for all of us. Teri and Dennis were very accommodating and professional and organized with communication right from the initial inquiry into their property. All of the attention to detail, such as the welcome basket with coffee, pineapple etc. to the aloe vera plant for our sunburns, was appreciated and made us feel at home. Both Teri and Dennis were available during our stay, if needed, and responded promptly as well. The condo itself is well equipped with anything you might need for things such as meals, laundry, or a day trip to the beach! We would definitely highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in this area of the island. Mahalo Teri & Dennis!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay in Ko Olina. The condo was perfect for our young family. Everything we needed was there and anything we forgot to bring was there too! The lagoons were perfect for my 4 y.o to swim in and challenging enough for my 7 y.o to be engaged for hours snorkelling. Terri was a great host and shared her vast local knowledge with us (as we were visiting from Australia, this was most helpful).

Perfect place to stay in Ko'Olina! We've been traveling to Hawaii for 20 years and stayed in many places. This is by far the best condo we have rented. The owners have the condo equipped with everything you need. Ko'Olina is a quiet and relaxing area, with many amenities nearby. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is perfect for family and friends. The view of the golf course is fabulous. The patio has shade and a table for dining outdoors. I loved that the owners provided bikes, snorkel gear, chairs and ice chests for our use during our stay. Thank you for a wonderful week. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Resort luxury with the comforts of home!

This was the perfect place for our family of four! I have traveled to Oahu many times over the years, but I have never stayed in Ko Olina. It is gorgeous and this condo was exactly what we needed!… Clean, spacious, convenient and the location!!! Waking up to the golf course view was breathtaking. The photos don’t do it justice! Teri and Dennis are the most hospitable hosts and have completely stocked this place with everything you would ever need on a trip to the beach… beach chairs, boogie boards, toys for the kids to name just a few things. The inside is also completely stocked with everything you would ever need. We went grocery shopping and made a lot of meals (saving a ton of money). There is also a charming village with amazing options if you do want to eat out. If you want to splurge… Head over to The Four Seasons for dinner. Spectacular! My mom is a realtor on the island and she sent me this listing (and only this listing) as soon as we told her we were coming… I spent many, many hours researching to see what the other options were and came full circle to choose the one my mother had sent. (I should know better… always listen to your mother!) Note: We rented a golf cart and would highly recommend that!

Great place to stay

This was our first visit to Ko Olina and we would come back for sure. We were there with my parents and our two children and there was plenty of space for all of us. The hospitality of Teri and Dennis started even before we got there. After signing the contract Teri sent me a list of fun things to do and see while on Oahu, which was great as we didn't want to spend our time in the tourist city of Waikiki but did want to show our kids the rich culture of Hawaii. The condo is nestled in a quiet community with a pool. Upon arrival we were greeted by Teri who walked us through the condo and showed us where everything was and how to operate the electronics. She even provides you with Wi-Fi. She had lovely bowl filled with a fresh pineapple, bananas and chocolates which was so thoughtful and welcoming. She even invited my mom to one of her exercise classes that she teaches. You really don't have to pack anything but the clothing your going to wear as this condo has the rest. Bikes, boogie boards, snorkels (in all sizes), umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, sunscreen and coolers it truly felt like you were in your own home. The kitchen was fully stocked with every pot and pan you needed to cook your meals. There were two BBQ's at the pool for community use and the condo had a full size washer and dryer. Every morning we sat outside and enjoyed our coffee while watching others golf or attempt to golf. It was so peaceful and just what this family needed. Thanks for a wonderful vacation and sharing your home with us.

Teri is sort of retired from the fitness industry (in the Seattle area) and can direct you to just about anything social or fitness related. She can also direct you to just about every Mall and Store on Oahu. She knows about most of the hikes, activities, beaches, tours, and places to see on the island.
Den is a retired engineer and he looks forward to fixing things if they get broken. He can direct you to Costco, Home Depot, and Lowes (sorry, no Harbor Freight Tools).

And, of course, the famous 'Two Scoops' Ice cream shop. And now...'Island Vintage Coffee', and Starbucks!
*Boat and Helicopter tours and charters are available at the Ko Olina Marina.
All these are within walking, or bike riding distance.

This condo is remodeled, clean, and simple. Very comfortable beds in all three bedrooms and nice views from upstairs and down. Look at the photos, they say it all!

There is a dining room but most people eat on the covered patio (the power awning can be out or retracted).
