Our condo is literally 50 yards from the calming waves of the Pacific Ocean! 180 degree oceanfront views from your second floor lanai. Beautiful front lawn with pool and swaying palm trees stretching in front of a 58 unit, 3 story condo building. Comfortably furnished, well appointed kitchen with central air conditioning. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, beach walking, kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, kiteboarding and seasonal whale watching.

Conveniently located in central Kihei within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Only a 20 minute drive from the Kahului airport. Experience the spectacular island of Maui while enjoying the unique beauty of Hale Kai O'Kihei.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The unit was clean and contained all the amenities we needed and more. This unit is on the second floor and has an amazing view of the ocean from the lanai. Walks along the beach each day are wonderful and the night walks usually will feature a napping turtle or five! The owners are wonderfully accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Aloha!We will definitely be back

The condo definitely had a wonderful view. It was on the second floor, which was probably ideal for viewing perspective. It was also ideally situated for us away from the center of the city - beaches were beautiful and quiet, but plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Condo had a kitchen and all the amenities we needed. Hosts were friendly and promptly responded to any issues.

Quiet condo great beach access

What a great place with about 50ft thru grass to our beach! No crowds no need to haul your beach stuff just walk right out! Gorgeous sunsets!

Right on the beach!

We loved the location, it was right on the beach. The building is an older building but it is clean and looks kept up. The unit overall was wonderful however it could use an updated stove. Laundry is on site and there are set times to use it for the sake of noise. The location was very quiet and quaint. Bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property ,just steps from the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, and there is a perfect view of the water from the veranda. The owners were very kind and checked on us several times to see if we needed anything and if we were having a good time. 10 out of 10 rating! There are washing machines and dryers one level down , very convenient and reasonable ( they take credit cards, so no coins needed. )Condo was very clean and in a good location , close to restaurants. We had a wonderful stay celebrating our 50th anniversary !

Great Place to Stay

This unit was amazing! The location was great, fellow guests were very friendly and it was within walking distance of restaurants and stores. My only suggestion would be to mention the bedroom did not have a door. This was not a problem for us, but it may be for others looking for more privacy. Perhaps I missed this in the description. The hosts were very responsive. It was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. A bonus was the beautiful sunsets and whale watching from the lanai.

Amazing sunsets

Quit, comfortable, and great location with amazing sunsets. Located in a quite neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery store and coffee shop. Not far from restaurants. Only 20 to 30 minutes away from anywhere you'd like to visit. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai at sunset with our mai tai, morning walks along the beach, and star gazing at night. It's an older complex in great condition. We would diffantly stay here again. It was just right for the two of us. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place! Hope we can visit soon!

Perfect stay

Excellent Kihei location, spotlessly clean, brand new furnishings, comfy bed, exceptional view directly from kitchen, living area and lanai. Owner and manager very communicative and accommodating ( we were able to check in a few hours early because the condo was ready and the manager even personally brought us over a coffee grinder. Parking is easy. The small complex is very quiet. Superior location in my opinion as there is a nice walkable beach directly in front with shopping and a few restaurants within a few short blocks. The other busier areas of Kihei for shopping, restaurants, markets, and beaches are a very short drive away. Wailea is about 10 minutes drive

Wonderful stay

Dear owner, It was our last staying on Maui in seven years, and we had a wonderful stay which is a beautiful ocean view from your room, and the kitchen was easy to use, making our stay very comfortable. However, there is one thing we need to report. The thin chain pull switch for the ceiling fan in the living room was very stiff, and when we pulled it, the chain broke in the middle. We apologize for the inconvenience. We look forward to staying with you again during our next visit to Maui. Thank you in advance."
