Wake up to stunning sunrise views over the water at this classic Maine lakeside cottage. With four cozy bedrooms and warm pine paneling throughout, this home offers an authentic camp feel with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Large windows frame peaceful lake views, creating the perfect setting for a quiet morning coffee or evening board games with family.

Outside, the level natural lot provides great space for barbecues, lawn games, and enjoying the fresh Maine air. A clear view of the lake leads to the waterfront, accessed by approximately 16 steps down to a large sandy beach area. Please note that the waterfront is shared (right-of-way for Goodwin’s Lodge). During the day, the dock can accommodate a boat up to 20', with overnight mooring available just off shore.

Sebago Lake offers exceptional boating, fishing, and exploring, with access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the scenic Songo River — more than 40 miles of connected waterways to discover. You’ll also enjoy being just a short drive from local shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation, making it easy to experience everything the Sebago Lake Region has to offer.

Perfect family getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
