マスターから始まり、キングサイズのベッド、AC、フルバスルーム、ウォークインクローゼット、洗濯機と乾燥機を含む4つのベッドルームがあります。 1階にもあるベッドルーム2には、フルサイズのベッド、AC、フロントバルコニーにアクセスできるスライド式ガラスドアがあります。 1階のベッドルーム3には2セットの二段ベッドがあり、1階のベッドルーム4にはフルサイズのベッド2台があります。 また、シャワー付きのバスルームが2つあり、各フロアに1つあります。 1階のリビングルームにはすべての座席があり、美しいセバゴ湖の全景を見渡すバルコニーにアクセスできます。 最新のキッチンは非常に大きく、すべての近代的な電化製品、花崗岩のカウンタートップが備わっています。 キッチンの隣には、グリルとデッキの家具が置かれているバックデッキを見渡す小さなダイニングルームがあります。 1階には、テレビとバーのある2番目のリビングルームがあります。 2つの追加のデッキがあり、1つは正面に、もう1つは横にあり、ぶらぶらしてリラックスできます。 ハンモックの前でリラックスすることを選択しない限り。 庭はあらゆる種類の庭のゲームに十分な大きさであり、私たちは非常に独自のファイヤーピット、ホースシューピット、舗装されたバスケットボールのハーフコートを持っています。 アルミニウム製のドック、ボート用の2つの係留、水泳用のft、2つのカヤック、100フィートのプライベートの砂浜があります。 楽しもう！

The house provided everything we were looking for. Directly on the lake, incredible sunrise views, just the right distance to stores and restaurants while maintaining the quiet. Great fishing and boating. We all had a blast. The kids didn't want to leave.

#BVE (Best Vacation Ever)

Our family of 7 adults and 3 dogs vacationed at this amazing lakefront property the first week in July and had a fabulous time. Simply stated, this property on Sebago Lake has it all! The hosts are fantastic and our family and dogs will be vacationing here again next year!

Perfect spot

Amazing place for a vacation. So relaxing and the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved our time on the dock, using the kayaks, and enjoying the fire every night. Would absolutely return.

Great week!

This is our 2nd time to this property and its still as great as we remember. Huge sandy beach, dock and lots of things to do. Our girls are 8 and 5, and pretty much lived in the water.

Beautiful location

The property location and the beach area is awesome. The family came and had a wonderful week. If I were the owner I would repair the main floor shower, the screen to the deck, and several dining room chairs. Overall, communication with the owner was great and the location is stupendous!

We are sorry the pressure on one of the showers was low. We certainly would have addressed this if we had known. The screen was repaired the week before you arrived. The previous renters must have accidentally pushesd out the lower corner . It will be resolved. I didn’t see any issue with the dining room chairs. We try very hard to provide our guests with best-accommodations possible . We are happy you had a wonderful vacation.

Very nice property

Very nice location. Owner very helpful. Very good experience but would certainly have preferred a TV in living area rather than in a bedroom. Great to have fire pit, swim float, tubes, kayak and beach. Quiet location.

I'm glad you had a great stay! Having 2 living rooms, we have always designated the upstairs great room as a room to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet while overlooking the amazing lake views. However, the living room downstairs has two couches, the bar and a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player! If you plan on making the trip again next year we'll guarantee a large flat screen TV in the upstairs living room for you! Let us know, it'd be our pleasure!

Sebago vacation

Property was very clean which is important in these times. Loved the sandy beach which is perfect for children. Property owners were very helpful and friendly. Perfect vacation home for families. For us instead of a bunkroom another bedroom with bigger bed or beds would be better.

Amazing vacation home!

Our week there was awesome, the property is even more impressive in person than it is in pictures. Amazingly clean and they thought of everything we could have possibly needed. Is it Next Summer Yet?!

Family house is incredible. Plenty of space inside and out with multiple decks. Even when it’s raining, you can still enjoy the beauty from the back deck that is covered. Host, Matthew, and family are amazing as always and available for any questions. Updates to the house each year which is great. Can’t wait until summer next year!

Wonderful stay

The property was ideal for our family of eleven. An amazing view and access to the lake The master suite was a 10. The other bathrooms need updating. The queen bed in the room with the bunk beds needs to be replaced. I’m hoping these things can be improved because I would be willing to rent again if they were.

Life Is Better at the Lake

Our family enjoyed this quiet location with great access to Lake Sebago. The beach and floating raft were perfect for kids and dogs. We used the kayaks and also rented a pontoon boat that we kept on the mooring. I have never seen a house with so many switches. There is an electrical outlet everywhere you could possibly need one, as the place was built by master electricians. Staying there, it's clear this has been a cherished family home for decades, with many memories and special touches. Some folks in the area just pump their water from lake, which is quite clean, but this property has well water, probably safer for drinking.

Amazing house!!

What an amazing long weekend spent at the Ames' home at Sebago Lake. The house was gorgeous. Plenty of space for our group of 7. There was everything you would need to make a nice dinner in the kitchen and a grill if you wanted to cook outside. There were lots of areas to relax and the outside area was great. Awesome view of Sebago Lake while enjoying the fire pit outside. There is also a dock if you want to rent a boat which was a great time. For our first time vacationing on Sebago Lake, I'd say it was a home run! I can definitely see renting this property again. Totally exceeded our expectations!!

Excellent property!

This house was a great escape for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked for anything we were cooking and the set up is exceptional. Beautiful view of sunrises right from the living room. Perfect choice for our vacation!

Third great stay

As always everything is perfect for our family. Wish fishing was better but every other thing is great. Bed instead of all bunks in one room was much better.

My grandfather purchased this camp when my dad was 7 years old. They lived here every summer until my dad went away to college. After an extensive renovation my grandparents made this their year round home and have now retired back to their Westbrook home.

After seeing the views and enjoying the property you will understand why our family chose to rent the property rather than sell. How can one sell a piece of heaven? We look forward to many more years of family memories here at the lake including our next generation.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The lake is so peaceful and beautiful. Escaping from the real world and reading a book on the hammock is heaven. The kids will say heaven is anytime they are at the lake jumping off the dock while catching the tennis ball, water skiing, tubing or toasting marshmallows with their cousins and friends. Equally as important, our parents can experience family gatherings at the lake enjoying the fruits of their labor. They watch their kids, grandchildren and now their great grandchildren enjoy the same games and activities they once played and loved.
