Beautiful 11th floor three-bedroom, three-bath Beach Club Resort and Spa condominium features a huge balcony (largest on the beach!), stunning Gulf views, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and separate built in wine cooler, keurig, waffle maker, crock pot ++and an outdoor electric grill that provide fete and feast entertaining adventures!
Complimentary access to gym, spa, sauna, and steam rooms as well as starter amenities in our unit.
With a king in the master, queen in the second, twin beds in the third, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, there are accommodations for 8 guests.
The master leads to the balcony, while ALL bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs and DVD players. WIRELESS INTERNET.
A beachside outdoor pool and jacuzzi , luxurious indoor pool and jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center, salon and Aqua spa offer opportunities to relax and be pampered, invigorating even the most exhausted of souls.
Away from the sand, Pensacola Beach invites you to enjoy more island living: our Boardwalk, shopping, dining, and entertainment are but a sunny or moonlit stroll away. This is a complete vacation package! The indoor pool schedule allows for child-free swim. The spa and fitness center are available to our guests 18-years and older. A $200 refundable security deposit is required at time of reservation. Taxes: 12%; Cleaning fee: $200 ; CC fee: $95.

Bike rentals are now available at the front desk at Beach Club. They can be rented hourly, half day or full day.
Kayaks, paddle boards etc available for rent right on the beach outside your unit.

The new trolleys are designed with an island flair and provide for a deeper connection with the abundant natural beauty of our island paradise.
Additionally, the trolleys have flat screen monitors to showcase Eco-friendly recreational activities in the area, rain curtains for the afternoon showers and satellite radio to help smooth out the ride. The trolleys use a ultra-low sulfur diesel to reduce soot emissions.

Trolleys run daily from 4pm to Midnight.

We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and grilling. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was stunning. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Pensacola!

Fantastic Stay!

My wife and 3 kids visited Pensacola for spring break and really glad we chose here to stay. The condo is beautiful and provided all the comforts we needed to enjoy our stay. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us to relax after being out and about. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The view from the balcony is unmatched. The amenities the condo has are exceptional, great gym, sauna and steam room are top notch! The indoor pool saved the day on a couple rainy days. And the owner, Lee, was super quick to respond with any questions. The condo is a 10 out of 10 in our books.

Wonderful Pensacola Beach Condo

Second time at this condo. It is fantastic and the view of the Gulf and beach is wonderful. Lee is always very responsive to any questions - both pre and during our stay. The property has a great workout facility that we used or walking through neighboring streets was easy. Beach equipment rentals was very easy and excellent customer service. Walking distance to many restaurants. All made for a very relaxing vacation.

The stay was good. The view for the Blue Angels was great. The Condo not so much. We saw a few small roaches in the kitchen and master bathroom. I feel the condo needs to be updated like fresh paint on the walls. The sofa and loveseat needed to be cleaned. Overall stay was okay. I really don't like leaving negative reviews but when we sat in the chairs on the balcony and the slates in the chairs broke and we were charged. Faulty door combination alarm that went off at aggravating times when used. Like 5am in the morning. That's not good

Great vacation

Overall this was a great place. I would definitely stay here again. We had an issue with one of the parking passes. The owner was very responsive and resolved the issue in no time. Some of the chairs that were on the baclcony are busted, but we had otherones to use. Overall this was fantastic-loved the pool and the gym. We will be back.

Clean, comfortable bedding and furniture. Well functioning A/C. Breathtaking view. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful pool/common areas. And Pensacola Beach speaks for itself. We will be back! Tried to get it together after waiting an hour in the parking lot for the room keys/directions.My sister had also driven over and her cold stuff was warm as we waited in the parking lot of the sales office who did not handle this property. Contacted the host several times and they did not respond. Frozen groceries slightly limp. Roach in the master bath and another bathroom. Needed light in one of the bedrooms and called the maintence number I was given. They advised that they did not do maintenance on VRBO properties. Pretty frustrating. Condo itself was nice. Barbecue grill never got hot enough. Cooked hamburgers on the cooktop after trying to cook for 45 mins on grill.Facilities of property were EXCELLENT. Pools, hot tubs, beach access were the best! Sylvia in sales office was a big help. She called the homeowner several times and convinced her we never received email with specifics.

Beautiful condo amazing view perfect location

Our time spent at the property was amazing the view was everything that was described and more. The condo had a lot of things that came in handy -dishes swim accessories everything I didn’t even think about until I was there and was thankful they provided. My only complaint which isn’t even a complaint was the bath tub in master restroom hadn’t been cleaned properly from the previous guests I’m assuming because when we tried using it all the dirt came up. But that wasn’t really an issue because there was 3 other stand showers in the condo to accommodate our family. The condo was great and the owner was helpful when I needed to make change in dates I would definitely recommend this place over and over again. P.s the access to the gym pools and spa was amazing as well.

1102 beach club stay

The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view. We had every amenity we needed (but no beach chairs which have been included with other condos as beach club). We could never figure out the 'nest' temperature setting which was extremely frustrating. i would suggest leaving instructions because it did not match the one on the youtube video. We had huge issues trying to lock and unlock the front door. This needs to be replaced.

The view is likely what keeps this place rented. The view is amazing and beautiful. BUT this unit needs a lot of work. Every piece of furniture in this unit is old and half broken. Imagine someone went to a garage sale to furnish this unit, that’s what you get. The mattresses are all old and very uncomfortable. The couch is SO dirty. Cushions were put on backwards and upside down to hide stains. Decorations are old and dated. Worst part: Every night when we were lights out the roaches came out. Not one, not two, MANY roaches. We were SP grossed out. Walls are dingy and stained. Bedding is old. Toilet paper holders falling off the walls. Minimal old worn out pillows. Parking passes never provided and owner never responded. Owner had 6 LARGE 4ft x 2ft boxes delivered and stacked on the balcony blocking view. Outdoor furniture not useable for fear of it breaking because it was literally hanging on by a thread. Showers drain very slowly and master toilet randomly starts running about every 20 minutes. If this place is ever updated, it’s worth the money, but as of now it is in desperate need of attention. As a rental owner we take the quality and safety of our guests very seriously. This owner needs to do some work on this unit so it meets quality standards and is safe (broken stuff and furniture everywhere is not safe). Unfortunately, without the view I would give this one star.

Amazing views!!

All the pluses: This is a great condo. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed it throughout our stay. The beach is a short walk and was clean. There are rental chairs & umbrellas on the beach each day, but if you bring your own, you can set up in front of them. The kitchen is well equipped and we used it for almost all our meals for our six night stay. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. The condo is very close to shopping boardwalk that is very popular and nice. The grocery store is a short drive. The property is very secure and we had no issues parking our bigger vehicle in it(which can sometimes be challenging in these types of places). The unit was clean and I’m particular. Elevators work great!! No long waits. The master bed was very comfortable (pillows not so much). Lee was very responsive, even through a few challenges. Constructive feedback that cost a star due to the price point: the place needs a little TLC, such as fixing broken furniture, tossing/replacing chipped or worn dishes, pillows and some noisy items, such as bathroom fans and the washer. When he’s able cure these items, and I suspect he will -5 stars won’t be enough. Overall we had a fabulous trip!

Moldy, Dusty, Dirty, Dangerous

1. **Smoke Detectors:** Upon arrival, we found the smoke detectors on the counter. After experiencing a mandatory evacuation alarm through the building's sound system at 5:30 AM last night, this is a serious life safety hazard. Had there been a fire, we would not have been alerted. 2. **Cleanliness:** The condo was extremely musty upon our arrival, and we discovered a thick layer of dust on all surfaces. We had to clean the unit ourselves. Additionally, there is black mold growing above the air vents, above the showers, and behind the doors. The pillows reeked of mildew, and upon undressing them, we found mildew throughout the pillows. The washing machine smells like sewage. 3. **Maintenance Issues:** There was standing water in the master bedroom shower. We attempted to call the service and maintenance number listed on the welcome email, but the Beach Club staff informed us they do not manage this condo. We then tried to contact you directly through the 770 number listed on the Vrbo Contact Host feature, but no one answered, and your voicemail box was full. Given these unacceptable conditions, we insist that someone come by today to: - Scrub the mold. - Replace the pillows. - Re-install the smoke detectors. Additionally, we request a refund for the first night's stay to compe

Strong Mildew/Mold smell. Once dehumidifier turned on, it was a little better, but still present. Dirty couch, stained mattress on sofa bed. Dated bedding. Old furniture. Pool and gym are nice. WiFi passwords did not work. I made the mistake of reading only some reviews. If you read all of the reviews, you will get a clearer picture of this condo.

Amazing quality, space, and amenities. Full kitchen, washer-dryer, oceanfront fully furnished deck. Beach club amenities-indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym and spa-were top notch. Family getaway at the beach 9/29/22

This condo is very big and roomy with an amazing view! Easy access to the beach. The condo was pretty clean overall. Comes well equipped with nearly anything you can think of. Balcony is huge with a full sized table for a group to enjoy meals on the outside along with a grill. Parking and elevators good for sure, check in process relatively simple. We are not complainers but really the condo just needs to be kept up a little more; 2 bathroom exhaust fans are loud need to be replaced. Master door does not lock, and some lights out need bulbs. Just being truthful and didn’t want to mention these things but the overall experience here was great. Beautiful beach, exercise room was excellent as well as pool area. Very nice place to stay!
