Location was excellent and the unit was very roomy. It was a bit musty, but much of that was probably due to the high humidity in FL during our visit

Spectacular views from both the main balcony overlooking the gulf and the front balcony overlooking the sound. Very spacious condo, host is very communicative! Look at this picture I took, eye level with the Blue Angels doing their return home beach buzz. Can’t beat that at all!!!

Loved our stay in this unit. Very clean and spacious with spectacular view of the gulf. The provided beach chairs and umbrellas was a nice bonus. This place is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, activities and a coffee and ice cream shop. The building itself and its amenities are well maintained. Will definitely be back next year!

Signage out front mentioning building A or Building B was confusing because first time mentioned Instructions should say that the tower is building A Views were amazing and we were lucky enough to have been on the balcony when the Blue Angels flew eye high just in front of us when returning from an air show in ConnecticutThanks for a good stay

Spacious with a great balcony and view of the beach. Gated parking was a plus. Chairs and umbrellas being included is super convenient, but note, they are first come, first served. We took advantage of being within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay, thanks!

The place was not very clean when we got there. Reached out to Vic the manager and he had the cleaning team back the next morning. Vic is a great manager and responded quickly to anything else we had questions about. This place needs a deep deep clean. The furniture is dirty. The mattresses are good, but needs all new bedding. For the amount of money people pay to rent this place I was expecting it to be a little nicer

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed the spectacular views and that you found me responsive throughout your stay. I'm also glad we were able to have our housekeeping team return promptly the morning after your arrival to address the initial cleanliness concerns. I sincerely apologize that the condo did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the overall cleanliness, the condition of the furniture, and the bedding are appreciated and have been taken seriously. Had we received any additional feedback during your stay regarding the cleanliness of the condo, we would have immediately sent our housekeeping team back to address those concerns as well. Our goal is always to resolve any issues while our guests are still enjoying their vacation. We continually invest in maintaining and updating the condo, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize future improvements to ensure the accommodations reflect the premium beachfront experience we strive to provide. Thank you again for staying with us and for your thoughtful comments. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the five-star experience we work hard to deliver.
