Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

The stay is conveniently located but the area is really sketchy. The place is made of popsicle sticks and Elmer's glue; the construction is cheaply done and poorly executed. The hosts were the worst part. I asked for a photo of the building a few weeks ago and they were rude, gave me the runaround, and were downright uncooperative until I contacted VRBO directly to report them for a fraudulent listing. These people are the definition of capitalist opportunists. There's a lot of construction happening in the city and these people are just robbing locals of possible affordable land / housing. I wouldn't stay here again if it was the last available place in Philadelphia.
