A great getaway with family

We had an overall wonderful experience. The pool was great, and the kids had a blast in the splash pad area. Beach access was super convenient, which made it easy to enjoy the sand and surf. Our unit was good, though a bit dated, and the floors could’ve been cleaner when we arrived. But all in all, it was a solid stay, and we’d gladly come back again!

Great Place

Great place to stay! The view was outstanding! The condo was clean and comfortable. It was as described. It was near restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying here again. It was very relaxing!

the condo is maintained well, but a little dated. there were some small issues such as missing some kitchen items and a worn/dated couch, but it was clean and well maintained and a great view from the balcony! Location is good and has many options for eating and shopping around.

My husband, myself and our 1.5 year old enjoyed our stay so much! Condo was perfect! Our daughter was obsessed with the splash pad as well! Will be back!

Couldn’t have been more perfect!

I was a little apprehensive when I booked this condo. However I was pleasantly surprised! The location was superb! The condo was furnished well and was the perfect weekend getaway. It was so quiet yet in the heart of everything. We absolutely loved being right on the beach but with all the different pool options.

Great view, great getaway !

Beautiful weather post Christmas.... sunny, high 68-70 degrees! Post holiday getaway for Husband/wife; no teenagers this trip! Condo was nice, clean and updated. Everything was working. Loved balcony; very comfortable chairs etc. Restaurants were open and fun! Hated to leave...Happy New Year.

Great family vacation!!

We had an absolute blast! The condo was clean and management worked with us to secure an extra day. The only negative thing was that the kitchen needed more dishes/ silverware/ cookware. Several things were missing from what Brett Robinson used to require us to keep in our family owned condos. So I would assume the lists are about the same. Kitchen could use some attention.

We had a relaxing time. The location is great and very convenient. However we were disappointed in master bed which squeaked loudly! And maintenance had to come twice to work on the master toilet. It took 3 calls over several hours before they came the second time. There are no blankets and very few pieces of silverware ( no knives other they sharp ones)

It gets the morning sun & evening shade. It is directly above splash pad & you can hear children having a fun time (even with doors closed). Would stay here again.

In Need of Updates

The unit was very dirty and in need of repairs. Lights were out, linens were stained, furniture was covered in dust and grime, and the furniture is well used. We contacted the property managers and worked out an agreement to stay at the property versus moving during our vacation. The location is the best feature as it’s quick access to popular stores and restaurants. Easy access to beach. Will not be using this unit or management group again.

Suited Our Needs

You can tell that they have put some effort into making the condo look stylish which we appreciated considering that it's an older building, however as one reviewer said, the paint on the walls is only half done in areas and the walls themselves are a bit beat up with scuffs etc. The worst part was the master bedroom mattress which had two large shallow areas and made it very uncomfortable to sleep, very disappointed in that aspect of the rental. Otherwise it suited our needs for the few days we were there and allowed us to enjoy the beach which was our priority.

Family Vacation

The only good things I have to say about this condo is location is good and the beds are comfortable! Elevators are slow and overcrowded (others were complaining while waiting) our condo has toilet issues with no pressure. One toilet stopped up and we had to plunge it. The other toilet overflowed onto floor. Contacted maintenance twice with no response either time. I did receive a message the next day at 9:15am that I should be hearing from them…NEVER DID! I paid for a condo with two bathrooms because we brought my aging parents with us on vacation. It ended up that 4 adults and 3 children had to share one toilet! The tubs took a long time to drain! The couch is white or cream in color and was dirty looking and cushions well worn! The condo could really use some updating. The balcony doors were very hard to open and close. Balcony at this condo isn’t private the way the building is designed. Condo does have nice pool and convenient to beach. I personally will not stay at this condo again nor will I recommend it mainly due to lack of concern when you reach out with issues although they encourage you too. I paid good money on this condo that would’ve been better spent on something different! This was my first time renting this condo and I did read the reviews before deciding on this unit but something’s I guises you have to learn for yourself.
