Con vista mare senza ostacoli, questo classico casolare Outer Banks è solo per te. Ristrutturato nel 2015 con soffitto a volta, aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto. Questo incantatore riporta ai vecchi tempi dei viaggi di famiglia per la spiaggia e solo per la spiaggia! Con vista sul mare senza pari, dal ponte sole, le ore passeranno lentamente come si sono scivolato via dalle onde tranquille schizzi sulla spiaggia in attesa.
IL FIENILE SPIAGGIA è la casa per coloro che cercano una settimana tranquilla di divertimento sotto il sole, leggere un buon libro e trascorrere del tempo con i propri cari.

Girls Trip 2023!

Me long time friend and loved the location, the view and the proximity to restaurants and things to do. The weather was wonderful and even go to see the dolphins! It was a wonderful girls trip!

August 2023 Beach Week

While a little on the small size, it was just right for the two of us and our two small beagles. And the location and view of the price was priceless!We loved it so much that we have already put a deposit in for the same week in August for 2024!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property has to be one of the best on the OBX(and we used to live out there). Sitting on the deck was so peaceful with the waves crashing super close. Great furnishings and very comfortable. The size was perfect for Me, my wife and our boxer. We'll be back for sure!! Loved the properties history book as well.

Small House, Amazing Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach Barn's best feature is the oceanfront location. The large deck is a definite plus. Unfortunately, despite paying $225 for an early check in, the house was not clean. There were visible dog hairs on the window seats and one set of sheets (already on the bed) and dust bunnies in the main living area. The one AC unit works well but you have to freeze in the living room to keep the bedrooms cool. Future renters should note that there is NO storage (drawers or closets or hangers) in the one bedroom and only hooks (and dog hair covered window seat) in the other bedroom. There were only two of us staying, but if you had couples in each room, there is no where to store luggage let alone unpack. Not a dealbreaker, but good to know. There is a public beach access right next to the house, which was a surprise. This was not disruptive for us but would be good to know ahead of time. The kitchen supplies were just ok. We did not do any major cooking, but were glad for the one cutting board. None of the knives were great for slicing tomatoes, let alone cantaloupe and watermelon. Again, the beachfront location cannot be beat, and the house was just fine for two people and two small dogs. As for Carolina Shores--it just depended on who you got on the phone. Some were very helpful, others did not seem interested in answering questions.

Beach therapy !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the beach barn and it didn't disappoint. We arrived to an immaculate house (no bugs at all contrary to a previous review). The view is everything and the best therapy i know. We love this house because it is clean with a great view but also lived in and not too fussy so we can actually relax. Our pup loves it as well. Will be back next year for sure.

2024 Summer Vacation with the Pups

Great place on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented through Carolina Shores before and have always had great customer service, including this visit. The Beach Barn was exactly what we were looking for - just two of us, dog-friendly and directly on the beach. It has all of the amenities we need, is very comfy, has a fabulous deck and allows us to bring our very well-behaved furry family member. We love it and plan to stay here again next summer!

My back is killing me and I was forced to try to sleep on the window seat. My husband does not have any issues with his back and was in pain also. We did pay the renewal for next year but vacation is not fun when you are in pain and can barely walk.

We love the Beach Barn!

Absolute slice of paradise!

It was absolutely spotless upon arrival, in a phenomenal location close to everything you could possibly need, and the views are breathtaking! The deck is perfection with a birds eye view of the ocean and beach and has the best chairs ever! Early morning sunrises and watching the dolphins, soaking up the sun all day, and a wonderful spot for dinner in the evening, that deck will certainly not disappoint!! Inside has all of the comforts of home and provides a nice end to the evening with the comfiest beds on the planet! Absolutely cannot wait for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Literally steps to the beach, pet friendly and gorgeous views. Love the back deck, just wish there was a shaded area. Kitchen was missing some dish towels but other than that no complaints. Love this place, would love to buy it!!!!
