Guest access:
The entire cabin is for our guest of reservation and is private, none of the cabin is shared with other guests.

Other things to note:
We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags for kitchen trash can, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 3 trash cans outside) All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc.

- guests must notify of brining PETS to the listing, having pets and not notifying/paying for the pet fee is considered a broken house rule. There is a pet fee associated with this property.

We had a great stay here! It was the perfect spot for our family of six, and even our dog felt right at home. The space was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was a huge plus, close to all the attractions and activities we had planned, which made getting around super easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay.

A very nice cabin, the bedrooms had plenty of space. The large kitchen area was great for our large family, plenty of room for several cooks. The local was convenient for any thing we needed.

Very nice cabin, easy check in and out. It’s a new cabin, so it’s clean and fresh. A couple minor issues need to be worked out, as I’m sure it will, to make it even better. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

This cabin was great! Plenty of room for all of our family! We had a couple minor issues pool cues needed new tips and missing hot pads but those were resolved very quickly! Communication was always great and we would definitely stay here again!

Only complaint was wishing this cabin had a basement floor instead of a third floor. Kinda ruff on a 70 year old climbing those stairs several times a day but at least I got my steps in, ha!

Great for extended family stay

Property was as described! Hot tub was sparkling clean - and the big kitchen made it easy for meal time. The large dining table also hosted puzzles and board games for fun! Additional spaces of the pool table on one level and movie room on another were great add on spaces for the large extended family to enjoy different activities while we were all “at home”. Communication was timely and thorough. I would stay here again :)

We checked in on Thursday and the cabin was gorgeous. It was very clean and to be pet friendly you would never know any animals had been in there. The host was very nice and fast to reply with any answer to your questions. Even though other cabins were nearby it felt like we were alone because it was very quiet. We will be sure to keep this cabin in mind for our next vacation.

Host experience horrible, cabin infested with roaches and ants, refrigerator door holders broke, ice maker broke, drawers broke in refrigerator, stove burners broke- everything was max or off, could not adjust, floors filthy dirt, I have pictures, pans available burnt black, basic pans missing, no pizza pan, no water picture, no can open, no working toaster... I love VRBO, I use VRBO often, this is the first ever horrible and it was unbelievable horrible for 8 adults.

We’re very surprised by this review, as it does not reflect the condition of our cabin or the experience of our guests before or after this stay. We have professional monthly pest control, and there has never been an infestation of any kind—nor was any issue reported during this guest’s stay. All appliances, burners, drawers, and kitchen items were inspected before and after this reservation and found to be fully functional. If anything had truly been not working or missing, we would have addressed it immediately, as we always do. Because the claims made here were never mentioned to us while the guest was in the cabin—and because our team’s post-stay inspection contradicts every allegation—we believe this review does not accurately represent our property. We remain committed to keeping the cabin clean, safe, and well-maintained for all guests, which is reflected in the hundreds of positive stays surrounding this one

Great cabin and location. Housekeepers were lacking in cleaning

We loved the cabin. Plenty of room for everyone. Location was very close to the parkway. Floors looked fine until we walked around barefoot, our feet were black. I don’t think the house keepers ever mop the floors. There were no wash clothes on the 2nd and 3rd floors so we had to go buy wash clothes. The air filter needs to be changed, it’s very dusty. The bathroom sinks are draining slow. Overall the property was very nice, just need new cleaning crew.

The cleaning company we hire emphasizes thoroughness and provides post-cleaning photos to ensure the property, including the floors, is properly prepared. However, we do advise that walking barefoot on the decks, especially with the current guests 3 pets that were present, can sometimes track dirt inside. If any issues arise during your stay, we encourage guests to contact the property manager via text on the app. We’re always happy to assist, and prompt communication allows us to address any concerns right away. Our air filters are changed monthly, with the replacement dates clearly marked, and we are more than willing to check or replace anything at your request during your stay. We take pride in exceeding expectations, and we’re confident that our attention to detail will ensure you have a memorable and relaxing experience at our property.

We will be very happy to stay in this property again. Its location is its greatest asset. It is so conveniently close to the Parkway our family members all commented about it. It was very clean and roomy. Hot tub was also great. That being said, we have a few suggestions. Mattresses need mattress covers and sheets that stay on the mattress. The fitted sheet has to be refitted onto the mattress every morning whether one or two people are sleeping.Nonstick cookware is too scratched to use.One full length mirror would be nice and clothes hangers in the closet.More hooks for hanging towels in the bathrooms would be helpful. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.
