The Space
Home is a four bedroom plus loft new construction in a great area in Visalia, Ca. It's designed with long term guests in mind, since the owner is a medical professional herself who works long hours- she knew exactly what to do! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to whip up any meal. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a loft with a sofa sleeper. The office room is located downstairs and also has a sofa sleeper. In the backyard, you'll find a cozy patio with retractable shade and fire pit. The home is low maintenance, energy efficient, and all utilities, WIFI, etc., are included in the price.
The Neighborhood
Located in a brand new neighborhood in North Visalia, this home is located across the street from a park perfect for leisurely walks, barbecues, fitness, or recreation. There are corn hole boards (bean bags are provided), play equipment, and plenty of space.
Getting Around
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around. You are more than welcome to walk, jog, or bike around the neighborhood!

House Rules
1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4 pm. Check out by 11 am. Our office hours are between 8 am-9 pm, so please communicate between those hours.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 8. Please keep pets off furniture and make sure to clean up after them. All animals require a one-time $100 pet fee. 2 dogs max.
3. No parties! We know this home holds a lot of people, but we still request that you respect it as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000+ party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
4. When using outdoor areas (patio, park, etc.), and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Be a good neighbor! If you're parking on the street, park the correct way and don't block the street or others' driveways.
