Disappointing Property & Poor Service. We paid nearly 5,000 for a two-week stay, expecting a relaxing vacation. View from the living room is beautiful—crucial for us, as a chronically ill family member spent his trip on the couch—but the property's condition/owner's response ruined the experience. The first three days spent dealing with constant disruptions from maintenance workers in our unit and sev hrs 2 days in a r with no water,navigate a clogged kitchen drain, a broken garbage disposal, a smoke detector ripped from the ceiling, and a major shower leak flooding two floors below.Worse,dishwasher was burned and unusable.The issues spilled into week two. I wasted an entire vacation day waiting for a new dishwasher, only for the delivery worker to order me to clean out the cabinets for installation. I politely refused; I paid a premium to be on vacation, not to act as an unpaid project manager or laborer.When I contacted the rental company about these extensive disruptions, they reached out to the owner. Her only response was that "things happen." While unexpected maintenance occurs, a professional owner would offer a partial discount for a guest managing back-to-back repairs. She completely refused. Without visitors, property owners have no business, and guests shouldn't pay full price to oversee a rental's upkeep.Between the lack of basic maintenance preparation and the owner's dismissive attitude, I cannot recommend this rental. It was a costly stressful experience.
