Welcome to our three bedroom, 2000 sq ft, home located in Sedona near Red Rock State Park. The home is tucked away in a rural neighborhood where you can enjoy serene views of Cathedral Rock. The property features a large private deck, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and stargazing.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with two formal bedrooms and a large rec room set up as a third bedroom. Each bedroom has it`s own full bathroom.

-Bedroom 1: Full sized bed with ensuite bathroom
-Bedroom 2: Full sized bed with views and adjacent large full bathroom and walk-in closet
-Rec Room/Bedroom 3: Two bunks beds, each with a full sized lower bunk, twin upper bunk, and twin sized trundle. Large couch, Smart TV, foosball table, and full bathroom. Access to the rec room is through bedroom #2 or a private exterior entry.
-Large private deck with Cathedral Rock Views, BBQ, Fire Pit, and comfortable lounge seating area (Fire pit added after the patio pictures are taken)
-Spacious backyard
-Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances
-Dining area that comfortably seats 8
-Open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area
-Free, onsite washer/dryer

This home is part of a 2 unit property, the unit next door is also a short-term rental and may be occupied during your stay. Please respect the guests next door.

The home is in close proximity to the popular Red Rock State Park, Crescent Moon Ranch, and Buddha Beach. Nearby hiking trails include Pyramid Mountain, Schuerman Mountain, Baldwin Trail, and Eagles Nest. Mountain bikers can quickly access Pyramid Mountain biking trail from the house.

The guests will have access to the entire unit except for the locked storage closet. They will not have access to the rental unit next door.

This home is located off of Lower Red Rock Loop about 10 minutes to the heart of West Sedona and 15 minutes to Uptown Sedona. This is a rural and quiet residential area with quick access to outdoor attractions. This is a private ~1 acre property located at the end of a dirt road.

Unique house with a wonderful view

The location and view were just as described. We were really looking forward to relaxing on the deck the first evening with the fire pit. There was only enough propane in the tanks to run the fire pit for 15 mins so that was cut short. The property management was able to deliver more propane for the next evening but we had plans that evening and didn’t have time to enjoy the deck. The listing does state that you access room 3 from room 2, but it wasn’t clear that room 2 is the primary bedroom (Wouldn’t room “1” be the primary bedroom) Well, this would be great if you have small children and want them off the primary but when your kids are 18 and 22, it makes it awkward for them to walk thru the primary bedroom to get in & out of their room. I marked 4 stars for cleanliness only because there were clothes and a towel on the ground on the other side of the deck. The house itself was clean but when you are out enjoying the morning sun on the deck and look over and see dirty clothes on the ground, it sorta puts a damper on things. Recommend that the property management team walk the exterior as well when they are flipping a between guests.

Spectacular!!

The property couldn't have been more beautiful, clean, well stocked, well located and comfortable. The communication with the owner was outstanding. We have stayed in quite a few VRBOs, this one was in the top 3! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
