Our home is just what you’re looking for! On a quiet cul-de-sac nestled below the majestic Coffee Pot Rock, our home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Sedona a memorable one. Whether it's the fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, stunning views, or the private access to the backyard from each room. We have just what you need to escape in your own little red rock retreat.

Enjoy the elegance of a mid-century modern escape nestled below the majestic beauty of Coffee Pot Rock. As you walk in, you will be greeted with an updated kitchen along with stunning floor to ceiling windows in the living room, radiating the beauty of the red rocks just moments away. Each room is equipped with a TV (including HULU W/ Live TV, Disney Plus, Netflix, & ESPN+) and private access to the backyard. The master bedroom and on suite is perfect for getting ready or winding down after a long day of exploring with a state of the art Whirlpool Jacuzzi Tub and separate shower along with a double sink vanity. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with all natural hand soap, body wash, and conditioner along with fresh towels. For those nights you feel like a home cooked meal, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, and basic herbs and spices. Also included is a Keurig Coffee Machine with Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Vanilla and Hazelnut creamer. For the coffee aficionados, there is also Drip Pot and French Press. The backyard is your own little private viewing of Coffee Pot Rock providing the perfect backdrop to a BBQ Cookout or s'mores around the fire pit.

We loved this beautiful home with AMAZING views! Excellent location, clean, super comfortable beds, and probably the most well appointed VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. Had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the coffee bar. This house truly made our trip to Sedona a memorable one. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at West Sedona Retreat was perfect! It was such a comfortable and clean house, with a perfect kitchen and living space to make our girls trip awesome. A nice home with a great view

It was everything we expected from the pictures. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a great view from the backyard. Plenty of natural light, well manicured back yard, plenty of supplies for anything you might need for your stay.

Perfect get away home

Fabulous views from a cozy backyard! Easy access to all Sedona has to offer and home is well-equipped for a night or two in. Extremely easy to communicate with management and check-in/out process was a breeze. Highly recommend and would come back and stay here without question!

Amazing views and tranquil backyard

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful with a stunning backyard. The amazing views, water feature and gorgeous landscaping made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely go back! Anthony was a wonderful host.

Family stay at Coffee Pot

Such a beautiful and well thought out property. Our family of 8 (all adults) stayed here very comfortably and really enjoyed our time. Location is perfect to all activities - food, hiking, activities - and the views are amazing. Anthony was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all questions! I can’t wait to come back!

Would definitely return!!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this cute place. The host was super responsive and helpful. The place itself was gorgeous, very clean, and had everything we needed. They even had small toiletries for everyone in each bathroom. The location was very convenient we were 5-10 min away from all the restaurants and attractions. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely book this place again!

Mom’s 80th birthday retreat

Stayed with my two sisters, and our mom for her 80th birthday. Everyone is pleased with the home. We played cards in the back yard with the sun setting on Coffeepot Rock in the background, during the evenings. Close to groceries and in a wonderful neighborhood. Communication with host was punctual and clear. Our amazing Sedona stay was enhanced by staying at this wonderful property.

This is an exceptional property. It was perfect for our family visit to Sedona. The views from the home kept us immersed in the beauty of the area, but was a quiet and peaceful retreat after days exploring. No detail was overlooked. Great Sedona Getaway!

My husband and I and another couple enjoyed two lovely days at this very well-equipped property. It's a beautifully-landscaped and maintained house in an easy-to-find location just under Thunder Mountain and Coffepot Rock - gorgeous red rock views - comfortable beds - well-equipped kitchen. We spent evenings outside around the firepit so didn't use the fireplace, and cooked a great dinner on the BBQ grill. The owner very generously stocked the house with snacks, toiletries, etc. - the most hospitable of the many VRBOs we've stayed in. I recommend this as a great place to stay in Sedona!

Simply Wonderful

What a beautiful place to call home while we explored Sedona! We had the treat of a red rocks snow storm that was fabulous to watch out the glass back of the home with a fire in the fireplace. The home is comfortable, super conveniently located, and in a great walkable neighborhood. There are fabulous views from the home but also from around every corner and street, some of which lead right to the base of the rocks. This was a great option for us that made for a very comfortable start to our stay in Sedona.

House was adorable and very comfortable to stay but attention to detail was lacking. View was amazing. Felt comfortable and safe. Back yard was very soothing but disappointed there was no hot tub as listing stated just a tub in master that wasn’t even clean. Also arrived to a fire pit turned on with no propane and had to replace ourselves. Wine glasses were just sample size from nearby winery. Check out time was also very early. Overall good place to stay just again more attention to details would have been nice.

Dream home in Sedona

House was perfect in size (3 bdrm & 2 bath) and decor. Washer and dryer with laundry soap provided was a bonus. Location at the base of coffee pot rock made for great views from windows and patio. Master suite had a Jacuzzi tub which was great after a long day driving or sight seeing. Having a grill on the patio and a kitchen with spices, olive oil, etc allowed us to cook and eat in two nights which was a nice balance to eating at nearby restaurants. There is a Whole Foods close by. We had easy access to restaurants, stores and Sedona sights. Owner was very helpful responded promptly to all our questions. The Welcome book gave us useful information. I would recommend this house to anyone planning a trip to Sedona

Red Rock Tranquility

Driving to the property, we were excited to realize the house is located on a quiet cul de sac and closer to the red rocks than anticipated. The code to get in worked easily. The house itself is spacious with high ceilings and updated decor. The primary bedroom and bathroom are quite large. We appreciated the deep jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was well stocked, more than most other properties. We enjoyed a working ice maker in the fridge. The backyard contained a small waterfall/stream and spectacular views of the red rocks. The house was very clean, and we are picky about cleanliness. All the window coverings blocked the sun well for anyone wanting to sleep late. There is also a fancy welcome book with instructions and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We left refreshed and relaxed. We highly recommend this property.

Sedona Wine Festival + Perfection VRBO House

We stayed at this property during our Sedona Wine Festival getaway. The property was amazing. Clean, well stocked, adorable house, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping/restaurants, and amazing views. We sipped our coffee on the back patio in the morning, and sipped our wine while watching the rain from the garage at night. It's a great house especially at this price point. All of my friends agreed that we would book this place again when returning to Sedona. Great communication by the host as well.
