Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

A-205 is a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront condo on the second floor that boast beautiful views of the ocean and pool. Enjoy a lazy afternoon, lounging on the oceanfront deck and taking in the salty air. Living area has a Flat Screen TV, Leather Recliner, Queen Sleeper Sofa and direct access to the covered deck that overlooks the pool and ocean! Dining area. Wet bar. Kitchen/Bar area with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, direct access to the covered deck & full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and small balcony. Bedroom #3 with 2 Twins and access to the small balcony. There is a Shared Bath for Bedroom #2 and #3. Washer/Dryer.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
