Condominio con vista al mar muy bien ubicado ubicado aproximadamente a 15 millas entre Atlantic Beach y Emerald Isle en la Costa de Cristal de Carolina del Norte. La ubicación semi-aislada ofrece playa no abarrotada a solo unos pasos de la puerta, cerca de restaurantes locales, atracciones y tiendas. Las atracciones de la zona incluyen NC Aquarium, Fort Macon y la histórica ciudad de Beaufort. Condominio tiene vista al mar desde cada habitación. También vistas de paisajes naturales que incluyen el océano desde el comedor y los balcones del dormitorio principal. Complejo tiene piscina privada, terraza frente al mar. La unidad es de 3 habitaciones, 2 1/2 baños, con sala de estar, comedor y cocina. Cama King size en la cama Master y Queen en el segundo dormitorio, dos camas individuales en el tercer dormitorio y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Lavadora / secadora, 2 televisores de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD, rieles de cama extraíbles para niños pequeños, muchos libros y juegos. Por favor, recuerde traer sus sábanas y toallas. Las actualizaciones y cambios incluyen:
2019: completamente repintado, nuevas luces, espejos, fregaderos, grifos, encimeras y gabinetes en todos los baños, nuevos tratamientos de ventanas, nuevo triturador de basura, luz en la cocina (siempre se agrega algo nuevo)

2014 - piso de baldosas en la cocina, medio baño y área de comedor. TV en el dormitorio principal.

Nota: Esta propiedad fue comprada recientemente a un compañero amante del océano que quiere asegurarse de que su tiempo en la playa sea cómodo, relajado y le permita disfrutar de la experiencia de estar sobre el agua y la arena. Estoy en el proceso de actualizar y hacer cambios.

Notas:
Tenemos pocas sillas de playa y una sombrilla de playa. Pero no podemos garantizar que todavía estén allí, y tal vez algunos juguetes de playa (van y vienen :-)). Para ropa de cama y toallas, puede alquilarlas en las tiendas locales: Beach Gear Rentals o Island Essentials

Our friends and family 2025 beach vacation

We had a wonderful time on our friends and family beach vacation at Spivey’s Corner. Our house was just as it was described being steps away from the beach access. It was very comfortable and had a lot of amenities on site which was very nice. Everyone had such a good time hanging out at the beach followed by the pool on site and sitting outside on the deck enjoying the evening breeze. Lots of fishing on the beach along with a very successful fishing charter. We enjoyed some local restaurants in Emerald Isle as well. The property is very quiet and secluded which was a plus for our group. All in all our stay was a big thumbs up from everyone.

Great location

This property was an excellent layout for us. Bedrooms on two floors offers more privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a first floor entry/laundry area which provided space for our beach bags and sandy shoes. As the third unit from the beach, it was an easy walk to the ocean and an equally short walk to the pool. We were thrilled with our stay and will most definitely look forward to visiting again.

Excellent Beach House!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation! The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. We all enjoyed the layout which has a king sized bed with a private bath (and balcony), a queen bed in the other large room, and twin beds for the kids in the middle level room. This worked perfectly for our family which consisted of 4 adults and 2 young children. We spent a large amount of time at the pool which is well kept, large and shaded during parts of the day. Everyone is incredibly friendly and there are plenty of places to explore close to the beach house (goofy golf, restaurants, pizza (that delivers!), Fort Macon, Beaufort, etc. Klaudia is exceptional to work with. Very communicative and helpful if you need her. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a quick walk to both the beach and pool.

Fabulous Location

The proximity of the beach to this rental was incredible. Taking all of our beach “necessities” down to the sand only took minutes. Also the ability to go in and out through the laundry room (ground floor) and the living room (main floor) made things super convenient. The views of the ocean from the porch and master deck were great. The way that the unit is laid out and the soaring ceilings gave space and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room provided a great space for meals. Bedrooms were spacious with the twin bed room being the smallest. The furniture in the living room was very comfy and there was plenty of room in there to watch TV, play a game or read. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful. Another great thing about Spivey’s Korner was its convenience to restaurants, grocery store, putt-putt golf and the aquarium. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to rent a family-friendly place at the beach with ocean views and easy beach access. It was wonderful and our family made memories!

Perfect getaway!

I am so glad we found this place while booking our vacation! It was perfect. Only steps away from the ocean, which was never overly crowded! Having the pool on the lot was awesome too for when we wanted a break from the waves. Check in was a breeze and the location was easy to find! The kitchen was stocked up with everything we would have needed to cook meals when we didnt want to go out to eat! Klaudia was an amazing host! She always responded very quickly and even went out of her way to send me info on different events going on in the area at the time of our stay! Thank you again, Klaudia, for welcoming my family into your home! We will definitely be back, maybe for good! 😃

Delightful!!!

I am already missing Spivey’s Korner! The condo is very well appointed and plenty of space for everyone to put their belongings in drawers and closets without tripping over suitcases. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook all three meals if you wish. Just steps from the beach it is an absolutely lovely condo. We highly recommend families give Spivey‘s Korner a try on their next vacation at Ocean Glen.

Great house and great location

This house is in great shape, very clean and was laid out in a way that was convient for our family. The beach is amazing, and not crowded at all. The bonus that sold us on this rental over others was the pool, which was nice for the kids to transition to after several hours of playing on the beach. Communication from the owner was excellent both before and during the stay. We will strongly consider staying here again.

What a gem

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Very easy access to the beach, and the complex has a pool. The house is cleverly laid out to make full use of space. Because there is no condos nearby, the beach is not crowded. This location is a nice find. Not as expensive as the single family houses in Emerald Isle, but just as nice for a family. The property manager is very responsive and we had everything we needed. We look forward to another visit here.

Great Beach Getaway!

The location of the property cannot be beat. Right on the beach, and plenty of room to spread out. The unit was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Both my 9 and 13 year old liked it as well. The only thing missing is a direct view of the ocean from the living spaces, but we enjoyed the large common area deck to get our evening views in. Note that there 4 levels/sets of stairs in the unit, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Communication was A+.

Amazing Vacation

We enjoyed another amazing family vacation at Spivey's Korner! Comfortable, fully equipped and convenient location. Steps away from the beach, shopping and entertainment. Spivey's Korner proved to be an excellent choice for our vacation this year! The unit was clean, check-in was a breeze and literally just steps from the beach! The beach wasn't crowded and the aqua blue water was amazing! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot

Our family could not have been more pleased with this beach property! The location is unbelievable, just steps to private beach access. Gorgeous sunrise and ocean views from the master bedroom as well as the porch. The home has everything you need for a great vacation as well as comforts that make the vacation that much better. I read two paperback books while we visited from the library they have in the upstairs hall. The different levels allow for plenty of space to spread out and relax. The unit was super clean and just allowed us to settle in quickly. There is an abundance of beach and pool items available and outdoor hose to clean off. The pool feels very private and is easily accessible from property. Finally, communication with the owner was beyond easy and the keyless entry on both doors made the process seamless. The area was really peaceful, lots of dolphin sightings and some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen in the Atlantic. Just wonderful all around!

Convenient to beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ocean Glen, Pine Knoll Shores. The condo was clean and had all amenities that we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for cooking etc. Appliances were top notch including a large washer and dryer. Beds and all living furniture were very comfortable and clean. Owners had great library! Location to beach was very convenient. Potential vacationers should be aware that there are lots of steps down to beach as well as steps to the 3 levels in the condo. Digital locks on home made entry into home very easy…no keys to keep up with. Owner very easy to communicate with. Will definitely consider again!

Very relaxing time

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Being able to walk outside and be on the beach was quite convenient. The beach was very relaxing and beautiful. We also had some quality family time enjoying the area. Further, the property manager was very helpful.

Perfect getaway!

This condo was *exactly* what my family and I were hoping for. It was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more! Super family friendly, lots of beach chairs and toys, comfortable beds and couches and a view to die for! The pool was also a nice touch for the lazy afternoons-also super clean and quiet. The location cannot be beat and everyone we ran into was friendly. The beach was not crowded at all and there were lots of families and older folks so it wasn’t a party scene at all. Klaudia took care of everything and was really easy to communicate with. We absolutely will be back! Thank you, Spivey’s Corner!

A week in paradise

Steps from the beach, and a short walk across the street to a neighboring community with a pier out onto the sound. That’s the best of both worlds! Very timely and helpful communication with the owner when needed. Views of the ocean from main level and master balconies. And the beach was almost empty, was like we had our own private beach all to ourselves. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!

Don't get me wrong - I love our Colorado mountains, but sometimes sand between the toes and the sound of ocean waves is what I need for my soul. We look forward to creating lasting memories on the sandy beaches and enjoying times of quiet respite. My family enjoyed the area a few years ago when we celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary. That's when the love affair began - we knew one day we wanted to own property in this amazing area AND our dream is about to unfold! We look forward to sharing the dream with you!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Pine Knoll Shores is centrally located on Bogue Banks and is known for its white sandy beaches. The area is pristine, with natural dunes and native trees and plants. The North Carolina Aquarium is located minutes away and there are many outdoor activities available, including putt putt golf, sea kayaking in the sound, surf fishing from the beach, or surfing. There is also a cool play ground in Morehead City. Check out the the musket demo from Fort Macon. Oh, and the boat rides to Sand Dollar Island and Shackle Ford Bank. Good times!

Our multi-level townhouse is located adjacent to a natural preserve, with views of native trees and plants, as well as, the ocean and beach. The beach setting outside is reflected on the inside with nicely decorated coastal décor, along with amenities such as wireless internet and cable TV.

The space is very accommodating, with a separate dining room and living room, in addition to three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There are balconies off the dining room and master bedroom, with beautiful ocean views and natural surroundings. And we also have lots of books and games for all ages.

The beach here is uncrowded, but not far from essentials such as groceries, pharmacy, or fishing bait. There are also very nice restaurants available nearby, as well as, other activities such as miniature golf, kayak rentals, and go carts. A boat ramp and parking is available within one mile, along with seafood, bait and a marina. You will find our townhouse is stocked with lots of items to make your stay more enjoyable.
