Tortuga Oceanside Villa with Beautiful Beach and Sunset Views in Emerald Isle

Third floor condo villa with amazing views off a private balcony with table and chairs. Well-maintained and loved cozy vacation space with recent upgrades to both bathrooms and the main living room. Turtle-theme carries through the living room, bathrooms, and even the kitchen. Each bedroom has a smart TV as does the living room. Primary bedroom has king sized bed, private bathroom, and beautiful views. Secondary bedroom has a twin bed and twin bunk bed, and direct access to the tubbed-bathroom. Condo building is second to the beach with easy access via boardwalk or ramp. Each access point has a shower/rinse station. Roughly 1 mile to the Point. Paved path outside of complex that goes for miles along Coast Guard Rd and 58 and is great for long walks, runs, or biking. Close to shopping and restaurants including Gaffer's and the Village ice cream shop (which should be visited just for the amazing smell!) Condo complex has five smaller buildings - it is a quiet and peaceful, gated community. There is also kayak storage, bike racks, a basketball court, and a tennis/pickleball court. Property is professionally maintained and landscaped and you will likely spot our local deer, bunnies, and freshwater turtles. Villa also overlooks one of two property pools. Two paved parking spots (any available in lot). Building does not have an elevator (the view is worth it- especially when the dolphins are jumping!)

We had a lovely stay. The beach is wide as near the point with well maintained grounds. Pool and pickleball on site was a bonus. Location super convenient to shopping and dining. The host was very accommodating when we had travel issues. Will definitely book here again.

I love the beach and ocean and turtles and have always dreamed of living close to water. My family lives in NC and has visited the beaches on the coast many times. In 2009, my boss let me stay at his Pine Knoll Shores property. In 2020 my parents moved to Indian Beach and we started spending a lot more time in the area. In 2022, we had the opportunity to purchase a property in Emerald Isle, and we jumped at the chance. Seeing the dolphins sealed the deal. :) We love sharing our special place with others so they can make as many happy memories at the beach as we do.

What makes this property unique

The location and views are amazing. It is so convenient to be the first turn off the main road arriving to the island, and the Point is beautiful. I also love this place, so I am constantly adding beachy touches and making improvements.
