Perched in the trees with expansive waterfront views of the marsh and Sea Island, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath pedestal home is an ideal retreat to reconnect and make lasting memories with family and friends. The wrap around deck and upper balcony provide several options to rest and recharge after a day of biking, fishing, golfing, shopping or walking the beaches of the Golden Isles.

Turn on some music and prepare a meal in the newly renovated kitchen, afterwards play games around the dining table, create a master work of art with the materials provided, or head upstairs to the loft and pick out a DVD or something from the SmartTV for an intimate movie night. This rental is all about consciously taking time to appreciate and celebrate each moment of your vacation.

Bedding Includes: 1 Queen, 1 Bunkbed (Twin over Full with suitable mattresses to accommodate adults)

This was the perfect spot for me to stay with our dog while my daughter was at FCA camp. It was at the end of a cul-de-sac without a lot of traffic which was very nice. The place was clean and looked to be well maintained. They even have a creative section to where you can paint a little canvas to leave. The deck over looking the marsh was a wonderful spot to have my morning coffee and read then at night to sit and listen to the birds with a glass of wine. The loft was a nice cozy place, too. The only draw back is the stairs. While I understand the purpose, it is a lot to haul your luggage and stuff for the week up the stairs. Overall, I plan to hopefully be able to book this again next year. I definitely recommend it.

Alot smaller than pics appear

Alot smaller than pics appear, back porch needs more seating and bug repellant, could use a TV in bedroom. Neighborhood was cute and quiet.
