The house was beautiful and had all the bells and whistles you could ask for. My kids loved playing badminton and cornhole in the private backyard. The AC worked very well even in the extreme heat. I would definitely return

Beautiful house close to Newport

Ryan’s house was beautiful both inside and out. The house was fully sticked in the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. He even had activities to do outside. We’ve rented houses previously and this is by far one of the best houses we’ve been to in term of hospitality, cleanliness and. Comfort. If we ever come back to the Newport area, we will definitely be returning back to this house!

Our experience began as we pulled into the driveway of the property. As described and pictured online, the Land landscaping was perfectly manicured and overall outdoor appearance excellent, nestled in a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The interior was all that we expected, very modern furnishings, beautiful kitchen area. Living space and bedrooms were spacious. Anything that you might need for cooking, linens, towels, beach chairs, etc. Nice outdoor provisions including volleyball net, badminton set, etc. Outdoor shower was outstanding addition. overall outstanding experience and would recommend this for couples or an entire family of all ages.

About the host

Hosted by Ryan Moore

Host profile image
Born & raised in Rhode Island. Nurse Practitioner. Enjoy beach cookouts in the summertime. I enjoy hosting because I want others to love the area and experience all it has to offer as it is where I’ve spent most of my life.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and filled with amazing neighbors. At the bottom of the street is a small beach/boat launch which allows access to kayak down the Narrow River

What makes this property unique

The large yard is awesome for hosting, and outdoor activities/games. I provide some of my favorite lawn games for others to enjoy. The elevated ceilings give it a grandiose feel. The home is fully stocked with beach essentials and everything you need to enjoy the high season of summer in beautiful Narragansett
