Fantastic place for family and friends to gather! We loved it and hope to return as soon as we can! Great place - came well supplied with everything anyone could use.
Beautiful Family-friendly Compound
My siblings and I booked a week at this property for a family vacation. After looking at many (many!) options, we chose this one because of the water access, spacious and tastefully-decorated interior, air conditioning, and big open lawn for the kiddos to play on. The house exceeded our expectations. The kids loved kayaking, playing catch, and swinging on the swing set. The adults loved morning coffee and afternoon cocktails under the shaded patio, as well as late night chats around the fire. Ice cream, a package store, a yoga studio, and a clam shack are all within walking distance. I don’t think anyone showered indoors all week because the outdoor shower was so lovely. We took a few day trips around the area, but mostly we just enjoyed long lazy days at this beautiful home. When we had one small maintenance issue during our stay, the friendly property managers were very responsive and took care of it right away. This is a great spot for families. We hope to return!
Amazing and wonderful
charming compound with a rural feel despite the proximity of urban civilization. Local beaches were great, facilities well
maintained, manager was pleasant and responsive to every request. Thanks!
Beautiful location on the water, house was exactly what we were looking for and Anne was fantastic
The yard and water was ideal. Kids could run around, kayak, look for mussels and be outdoors. Loved having both the farmhouse and guesthouse! Layout of farmhouse was perfect for the group of adults and kids we had - open but with small areas to cluster.
Anne was a fantastic property manager. So responsive and accommodating.
Would go back in a heartbeat for our next group gathering!
Beautiful, secluded, welcoming and set up for gatherings. Open layout to enable us to really enjoy each other without feeling cramped!!!
Great house with an amazing view on the water. We slept 13 people comfortably and the huge back yard was perfect for lawn games. Anne was a great host and the house had everything we needed.
Bucolic setting, secluded but minutes away from Tiverton Four Corners offering dining, galleries, fine shopping, antiquing and farm stands as well as vineyards. Farther down the road is a public ocean beach. This property is located directly on Nanaquacket pond with boat access to the
Sakkonet river and Narraganset Bay.
