Avoid This Property Management Company — Failure to Meet Basic StandardsWe travel frequently and have stayed in many vacation rentals. This was one of the most unacceptable experiences we have encountered.From the start, the unit did not meet the terms of what was booked. We paid for a two-bedroom suite and were initially unable to access one of the bedrooms, which immediately impacted our ability to use the property as contracted.Conditions during the stay deteriorated further:No waterNo powerNo internetA strong and concerning sewer/gas smell inside the unitThese issues go directly to basic habitability and contractual expectations. At multiple points, the unit could not reasonably be used as intended.When we reached out for support, the response was deeply concerning. During a phone call, a member of their team referenced the situation as being “out of their hands” due to events like the Maui flooding, rather than addressing the immediate impact on paying guests. Following that, calls and messages were not meaningfully returned, despite the seriousness of the situation.To put this into perspective, another party we were traveling with stayed in the same building at the same time, but booked through Coldwell Banker. Their experience was handled professionally, with clear communication and support throughout. The difference in management was significant.We made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this matter directly. Those efforts did not result in a co
