There is plenty of living space spread out over two levels and there is also a garage for parking and extra storage. Home has been outfitted with everything needed for your extended stay in Charleston, including new furnishings and all modern appliances, and guests have free access to the seasonal outdoor community pool. So come make this your home away from home!

Situated on John`s Island, less than one mile north of the Stono River in West Ashley, Marsh View Commons puts you minutes away from Downtown Charleston, Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. Enjoy convenient proximity to numerous historic sites and public parks, including the new Stono River County Park only one mile away. In this community, neighbors enjoy a private pool and clubhouse, and scenic views of the lowcountry marsh.

Great Stay!
