Emerald Isle Resort is currently undergoing resort-wide construction, maintenance, and improvement projects managed by the HOA. This is an active construction environment, and work may occur in common areas, exterior spaces (including balconies), building systems, and nearby units.
During this time:
• Work is generally limited to permitted daytime hours, but schedules may change
• Guests may experience noise, dust, equipment activity, and temporary inconvenience
• Construction impacts may be felt outside the immediate work areas
• Conditions may be loud or disruptive at times
Project timelines, completion dates, and daily activity levels are not guaranteed and may change due to weather, safety requirements, or contractor scheduling.
The interior of this condo remains fully functional; however, quiet enjoyment of outdoor spaces or balconies cannot be guaranteed during construction periods.
Elevator Operations
Elevator modernization is also underway. During this period, one elevator may be in service, which can result in longer wait times, particularly during peak check-in and check-out periods. The elevator remains operational throughout the project.
