Located on the 9th floor with sweeping Gulf views, this unit is within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and local shops—no car needed! Known for its consistent 5-star reviews and loyal repeat guests, this is a guest favorite for both comfort and location.
Sleeping Arrangements – Sleeps 6 MAX (including children)
• Primary Bedroom: King bed – Gulf front
• Second Bedroom: Bunk bed with Queen on bottom & Extra-Long Twin on top
• Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
Note: There is a trundle bed shown in the video, but it is locked and not for guest use.

We are a fine team We have been in this rental business for going on 10+ years now and I’m very proud to say our condominiums that we manage ALL of them have a consistent five star rating for reviews. And in this biz that says it all .
Our motto and to be competitive is to make sure that everything we manage is stocked above what your typical vacation rental provides and CLEAN . We provide starter coffee ,beach towels, lots of extras. We leave laundry detergent the small things that make life easier on a short term rental and the team I work with all takes pride personally in making sure you have a good stay . Our goal is to get repeat renters and we have on all other places consistently . Our goal is to make you feel like you are not just in a vacation rental but you are in a home away from home I want you to feel free to call or text me if you need suggestions ,where is the local grocery store ,where do we get some good seafood , what’s a good place to go fishing etc . Our house is your house !

The local grocery stores are only a mile or two away there’s a Winn-Dixie ,Publix and a Walmart. The Pensacola fishing pier is withing walking distance and that’s always a great place to catch fish and enjoy a cocktail at the Casino Beach bar .
