The property has all the amenities of a home. Plenty of good dishes, silverware, utensils and small appliances for cooking since restaurants are not available. Seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the island. Comfortable seating in livingroom. The master bedroom and bath are large. The other 3 bedrooms are comfortable. Parking for 6 cars. Across the street from the beach. Beautiful views from both decks. Comfortable seating on both decks. Air condition was wonderful. Looking forward to renting again.
The upstairs guest room. With TV, closet, and full bath across hall.

Such a wonderful place for our family to gather. This is our second time we have stayed here. The beach house so close to the beach is perfect. We had a great time and Will definitely book again. Love this Beach House.

Family getaway

We go to Crystal beach 3-4 times every year. But annually we get all the kids and grandkids together for a large get together. My husband passed away unexpectedly in April and we lost our youngest son last November unexpectedly. I was going to cancel this year but grandkids reminded me that pawpaw would want us to go. This was almost first row awesome views and beautiful house. Even though it was bittersweet it helped in my healing. You CANNOT GO WRONG with renting this awesome property

Our favorite home away from home!!

This is our favorite home! We book this same home every time and love it! Spacious, quiet, beautiful beach view, it's everything! The only concern for us now though is the amount of stairs for our older family members!

Perfect location to the beach

The house was great, we had one door issue and it was resolved very quickly. They were putting up the pillars for a new house next door which caused A LOT of noise for 12 hours one day but I guess that is not this property owners fault unless it was their own property.

Vaca get away

Upon arrival the property was clean and neat but the upstairs a/c wasn’t working correctly. So we contacted the person on the paperwork and she sent out a general helper. He said the air is working. He was totally out of his area of knowledge. It still wasn’t working, he said it’s blowing cool air Wrong it was blowing 74 out of the vents. So by this time it was too late to get a real a/c service person. So we had to deal with the upstairs being hot. First thing the next morning a true a/c repairman showed up and found the condensation drain was clogged. In about 2 seconds he cleared the issue and then the unit started blowing 54 degree air. After all of that, everything went fine . Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY Only thing that could have made it better would have been an elevator. Stairs are a beast

Love the view

The house was very nice and although not front row it is a unobstructed view of the ocean. It was so nice to sit on the porch and watch the beach.

Beautiful Home and Great Location!

The house was exactly as described, very clean and plenty of room for all guests!! The rental company was super helpful and easy to work with as well. The location and the view were perfect. We could sit on the balcony and watch the kids enjoying the sand and water!

Amazing time at NautiBeach Cottage

Great property ! Wonderful location, outstanding amenities. House was clean and beautiful. Lots of room and layout was perfect. Great kitchen with everything needed. Management company was wonderful and responsive when we found that there was not a wine opener, it was missing. As soon as we let them know we had one within an hour hand-delivered. The only glitch we had in our whole trip was the fact that the Wi-Fi tower was down the whole five days of our stay but this was not the fault of the owner/management company it was the tower for the Wi-Fi company that had to be rebuilt. We wound up watching DVDs at night and worked on a hotspot for our computers so we had workarounds. I would highly recommend this place And we will definitely be back in the future!
