The open kitchen includes KitchenAid appliances and a breakfast bar that seats 2, making it easy to prepare a delectable dinner. Dine at the rustic farmhouse dining table—a long bench and 2 chairs provide plenty of seating. Afterward, settle in for a movie night in the living area, complete with a 55” Samsung Smart TV, 2 armchairs, and a cozy couch. This floor has a guest bedroom with a king bed and a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin beds for sleeping accommodations. Adjacent to the living area, an enclosed front porch beckons guests to bask in the fresh air while lounging on the hanging bed swing, relishing a sun-dappled breakfast at the table for 4, or curling up with a book on the wicker egg chair in the corner. On the side of the home is a grill.

The house was so charming and perfect for a family getaway. There were so many perks to the property, including location and private deeded access to the beach. The location was so convenient. It was the perfect spot along 30a to so many things!

Family get away

This is our fourth time staying at the homes of Magnolia Cottages over the years . This house is a great location and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked except for a drip coffee maker. There is a Keurig however. Could use some new baking sheets 😊 as well. It’s tucked in on quiet street with a wonderful screened in porch we used a lot . Beds are comfortable. Overall it was a great place to gather with our adult children .
