Spacious condo with 3 bedrooms on upper level and a large lower level with 2 leather pull out sofa sleepers (the new ones that are comfortable with a 3 inch temper pedi mattress) and a 75" TV. Room for all groups and families to have their own space.
6 Miles from the Capital
Just a short uber to downtown Madison!!
Walking distance - 1-2 blocks to restaurants, spa, wine bar, grocery store, Starbucks, movie theatre, gym, Target, Cabela's, Noodles, Macs, Crumble cookie, Costco...and many many more.
Enjoy your visit with your family/friends on the front deck, with gas grill and lounging area.

What a cozy get away for a girls night! Fireplace was very welcoming. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to cook dinner and the beds were SOOOOO comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

It's a very comfortable property. Nice dining area seats plenty and good for games. The living room has nice comfortable furniture with a gas fireplace. Everything you need is there for cooking and serving. Nice appliances. I put 4 stars for the neighborhood, because it's a newer development in a newer shopping area. My opinion only, but it doesn't fit my description of a "neighborhood". But it is safe and walkable. The upstairs 3 bedrooms are very nice beds in very nice bedrooms. The upstairs bathrooms are nice as well. Be aware the downstairs (4th bedroom) is 2 pullout queen couches, which didn't get rave comfort reviews. There is an air mattress to get to sleeps 12, which we didn't use.

Tami made our Christmas stay wonderful. She was very easy to reach, communicated everything in advance, and her home was exactly as advertised. Super clean, well stocked, and high quality amenities. She even did all the little touches to make the place feel like home. She put up a Christmas tree, garland, and all the little holiday signs around the house to make it feel like home. If you ever want to stay anywhere near Madison, this is your place!

The place is very nice and clean and the host responded to a couple of my questions pretty quickly. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but we only stayed one night so wasn’t a big deal.

Our stay was great: easy check-in, great communication with host, extremely clean, very modern, fantastic location, everything about this place was perfect. We had 8 adults with plenty of space. We did a lot of cooking for a wedding reception, and were very pleased with all the prep space using the huge kitchen table and side table. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s an easy to find property in Sun Prairie, WI located near a COSCO and Woodmans supermarket. There’s plenty of room to take scenic neighborhood walks in the evenings and mornings. There’s a nice open area for family meals together. It is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The only issue was the number of bathrooms, which listed 4.5 bathrooms, but it’s actually 2.5 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms upstairs and one half bathroom on the main floor next to the kitchen.

Roomy and comfy

The condo was clean and the beds comfy! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The location was easy to get to and close to the grocery store as well as good eating places. The lower level with its large screen tv was great for getting away from all the activity on the main floor. Great place and would suggest it to anyone who wants a comfy place near Madison.

Belated Family Christmas Gathering

We had an excellent stay at this location! The property manager was over the top accommodating with several things, and we were so happy we chose this home. We highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!

Visiting Family

The host was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Communication was in a timely manner. We definitely will stay at this location the next time we are in Sun Prairie. The house felt like home! My granddaughter said the the home was a 10!

Review

We were unaware of parking restrictions before hand. With older adults having to park blocks away was not ideal. We would not book again during winter days due to that. We were just lucky there was no snow.Otherwise we enjoyed the house.
