Close to Intl Airport, restaurants, walking distance to the beach, nice touristic area, next to two five start hotels, the Ritz Carlton and El San Juan resort and Casino. A $ 40.00 cash security deposit will be required, and will be return upon return of the studio keys. Free internet. NO Parking, no cable, Limited street parking. Full bed on picture with comfortable mattress, up to 3 guest when use along with the futon.

Isla Verde Beach one of the most popular with visitors and locals. This long strip of sand runs by the Isla Verde hotels before it becomes a public beach with sand whiter and softer than that found on Condado Beach. Of course, there's the beach. Two of them, actually: Isla Verde Beach and Carolina Beach, a balneario, or 'public beach,' Here are some other activities to put on your list: •Casinos - Two of the best casino hotels in San Juan are located in Isla Verde. •Diving - Call Ocean Sports if you want to arrange a dive trip from Isla Verde. •Water sports - San Juan Waterfun, located on Isla Verde Beach, will get you on a wave-runner, Hobie Cat, bananaboat, or parasail. •Cockfighting - you can watch it at the Club Gallístico de Puerto Rico.

Very comfortable for one or two

Excellent location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and casinos, there is no on site parking but, I had no problems parking on the street. Place is well maintained.

Jose was amazing. He was very communicative all throughout the process. My flight got delayed and arriving late into the night and Jose was extremely flexible with check in. The apartment is small but the location is excellent. There’s a bar downstairs and it’s a 5 min walk from Isla Verde beach. Cleanliness is good. The building is a little bit old but overall very secure. Nice for a solo traveler or couple.

Jose was a great host! He met me when I arrived and was in contact to make sure everything was going ok. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and stores. It was very clean, internet and cable were flawless, and I had everything I needed. Others had posted a lot of noise from the airport but that didn’t bother me. I can’t wait to come back!!

Extremely convenient to the airport. Really great, walkable, and safe area with plenty to do and see. The apartment was very clean, which was #1 on my wife's list of "musts". It's not huge, but has everything you need including a hot plate, microwave, and pretty big fridge if you're doing any cooking. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The host, Jose, is a gem. Super communication, everything was beyond easy. Any the price was perfect for us. We'll be back for sure!

PLEASE STAY AWAY! I got bit by BED BUGS!!

I got bit by bed bugs! My skin all over was waled and swollen. I told Jose the host, and he changed bed linens. I never slept on bed again because I didn't want to get bit again. I slept on the hard red sofa. The next day my skin got worse. I had to go to hospital and got 3 shots for itching, swelling and blisters. My hospital bill was $250 and prescription $42. Because of this my vacation was ruined. Jose only gave me a partial refund. I need a full refund and my medical bill taken care of. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Best quiet and convenient stay

The room was exactly what we got in the pics, was clean and comfortable. The manager checked us in and we didn’t see him again til the day we left. everything we needed was in the room with laundry rooms on premises. Restaurants are close the beach is right down the street the airport is a 5 mins drive or 45 min walk so if I wanted to escape my husband I could lol. I will consider for future trips.

Jose's a nice young man and went out of his way to be helpful. The location is excellent however his unit is woefully overpriced and in need of an upgrade. Suggestions: no bunk bed, larger screened tv, bigger refridge, provide cleaning, toilet paper, paper towels, a new frying pan and saucepan, wash sheets and towels regularly.
