It was super cute, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Jenn was very kind and communicative, and she provided clear instructions, which was especially helpful since we arrived in the middle of the night. We will definitely stay here again!

The property is NOT a premier property. I have pictures of the dirt and grime, the rusted stove, the dented fridge. There a stench under the sink.The worst part is the shower. The metal drain is bent and sharp. My stay was not for pleasure, but family emergency. I did not contact the owner until I returned. As my family member did during my stay. I sent the pictures to the owner. The response was I'll take care of this right away. Then when I asked to be credited due to the disgusting conditions, was told this property rents all the time. Didn't do the right thing and stated people try to pull this all the time..DO NOT STAY HERE. It's unfortunate people are being tricked with the"rating".

Perfect for our overnight stay after a late flight. We enjoyed strolling along the beach in the morning. Jennifer welcomed us warmly and took our beach picture. She was great

This apartment was perfect for our stay. Everything we needed for a short stay and I will most definitely try to book this apartment for a longer stay. Perfect location we love this area and exactly where this building is located. Jennifer was easy to work with and check in and check out was a breeze.

Anniversary Weekend

Easy to communicate with Jen. Check in was explained and there is someone there to help you check in. Yolanda was amazing. Parking was a breeze and its right on the beach. Jen also had everything needed for the beach. Will definitely be staying here again when in San Juan.
