Everything was amazing. Grew up in new Braunfels and always wanted to stay at this location.

Girls weekend

Wonderful, clean condo. The views from balcony are beautiful of the river. The rental manager was very responsive and kind.

Nice spot with river access

Cute and clean condo, easy access to river. We had a great time, and would stay again. My only issue was not being able to turn the a/c under 72. We did get a little warm during the night, but not a deal breaker.

We understand the AC frustration, we've just had a handful of bad eggs come through that set the AC to 60 all day, freeze up the unit and then ask for a refund. ><

Good location for Comal

Place was a advertised. It’s an olde property that will likely need some renovations soon but it gets the job done for what we were looking for. We’d recommend they add a hot pad/pot holder, an ice cream scooper, and a wine opener in the kitchen.

The location was walking distance from the water park and we utilized the Comal river access and pool daily. The in house washer and dryer was a huge plus for us as well. We will be back.

Fun river front property

Great location, clean, no complaints! Definitely would visit again. Someone did park in our spot, but the security guards took care of it immediately!

Great view

Condo overall was wonderful! Its a great location and a beautiful view of the river from the balcony. The only complaint from our stay was the floors were dirty, so walking around barefoot after a shower would turn our feet black.

Fun location

Unit was nice, a bit out dated but pleasant. Bedroom remotes would not work but pry just needed new batteries. View and access to the Comal and pool area was great! Security was approachable and professional. Was very disappointed in the attitude of the “owners” of other units. Very snotty and “better than” attitude down by the river. If you don’t want to rent out units then change the HOA rules. One owner made a visitor with a broken foot move over on the stair access to the river and wouldn’t say please or thank you. “Just move because I’m not going up the middle.” Rude! On Sunday we wanted to use the pool but it was very cloudy and smelled of urine. Couldn’t see the bottom at all, even at the 3’ level. There is no reason the pool couldn’t have been cleaned regardless of it being a holiday weekend. It was still gross on Monday morning. Love the location and unit but with the attitude of the owners, I can’t really recommend the site. Kindness goes a long way. It’s too expensive to feel you’re not welcome.

Great place near the river!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated a birthday and it was perfect. Right on the water so we could float and dock up to eat lunch. The free tubes were great, not easy to get and give back unless you have a big truck. We used corner tubes to be shuttles to the river and it worked out great because they picked us up.

The covered parking is hard if you are driving a large vehicle or truck due to the columns that are staged in various spots, some of them right in front of the parking space that is assigned to the unit that you are staying in. I don’t think that I will stay there again due to the fact that the cost is not worth the stay. The fees that are tacked on or too high. They did give us free rental on the tube rental though. I’m not sure why they charge $90.00 to clean the rental when it just as clean as it was when we rented it minus washing the linens. Plus all of the proses fees and charge fees and whatever else was tacked on. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend due to the high cost and it be just an average place to stay for what you are getting.

We are glad that you found the unit clean, in a good location and that you enjoyed our free inner tubes. Waterfront property is more expensive than property in which you have to walk to the river. We have other less expensive properties that of course have less amenities. We appreciate the 5's for our services, the cleanliness, location and property condition.

Our unit #111 was clean, well organized,and well stocked. The furnishings were nice as was the kitchen. The beds were soooo comfortable! Great view of the river from our balcony and easy to float the river and get out right at our room. We will definitely be back!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We just wanted to offer some helpful information in case you come to float again! There are some shuttle companies that you can contact if you do not want to walk to the entrance of the Comal River, however in our experience it should only be about a 10 -15 minute walk to the entrance from Inverness and about a 2 1/2 - 3 hour float! We also offer free tube rentals in case you want to take advantage of our tube rentals. So there are a couple of different options for getting to & from the river. Hope you enjoyed your overall stay & we are so glad you came!
