Located on the top of the completely re-imaged Lankford Hotel is this 4th floor gem with new flooring and fresh paint in 2023. All new furniture fits in the oversized rooms and more space than anyone will need. Sleeping up to 21 people your whole extended family can gather together with the convenience of never getting in your car the entire trip. You are located on the boardwalk, just north of all the entertainment and above the newest tiki bar in town

2 assigned parking spots. Bed linens and towels available with separate purchase of linen package. Must bring your own blankets

Spacious and convenient location

My son stayed at this property with lots of his friends. It was very spacious for the amount of kids. The space was perfect for them and convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Very comfortable. And the property manager was personally available as needed.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay. The weather was terrible, but we still managed to enjoy our visit to the beach thanks to the impressive deck and beautiful ocean views from several of the large rooms. Communication was fast and addressed all of our needs. We hope to stay again one day. Thank you!

Perfect location

Went for the weekend for a girls trip with my sisters and best friend, we had a great time! Loved the location on the boardwalk. It seems they are in the midst of renovations which is very exciting. All and all a great visit at an affordable price! I will say the stairs are a challenge when it comes to the luggage but we made it work. Maybe after the renovations they’ll have some sort of lift system for luggage.

Great Location

Location is great. Huge balcony is the best part of this property overlooking the boardwalk and ocean front view. Place could use some updating but pictures of property are very accurate.

OC Family Vacation

This was our first stay at this location. The house is very spacious and was more than enough room for all of us. The location is great as well. The Penthouse is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. This was an issue for the grandparents as they struggled up the stairs. They also have very limited lighting in all the rooms which made it dark in the evenings. Host was responsive too. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Bad experience

The location was very dirty. There were empty beer bottles and water bottles under the beds when we arrived. There was a used disposable razor blade head found under the baseboard heating source in the bathroom that my toddler had found. My 14 year old found a broken pair of handcuffs under his bunk bed. There were no lights working in one of the rooms and the dishwasher was completely broken upon arrival and the dryer was also not working. I contacted person who had messaged me check-in information through VRBO and he did not answer for 24 hours. My husband contact the property manager and she said “it was her day off” so we did not get the problem addressed till the day after. The dishwasher and dryer were not replaced until 48 hours after, which I can understand that but we told the property manager we needed more dish soap and kitchen towels in order to clean up after ourselves and we could use extra towels since the dryer was broken. She said “those things have never been provided.” To which I would mentioned that the listing said a dishwasher and dryer would be provided as well but that was not the case. The day they came to replace the broken appliances the property manager never came and we had no idea these appliances were being dropped off and installed, so we spent half of a day waiting around for them to install the appliances. Instead of the property manager overseeing this. The property manager was very rude through all communications. We will not be returning.

Gorgeous view with plenty of space, and a great location with easy accessibility to the beach, as long as you can handle stairs. No real complaints outside of poor communication. No response through the VRBO app to questions I had regarding the listing.

Beautiful location, elevator not working for a 4 level house, we had seniors and disabled people, very inconvenient. Couldn’t communicate with anyone and the manager wasn’t nice at all!

Pluses and minuses

Pluses: Deck overlooking boardwalk and beach about 27 yards wide. Rooms were spacious. Great location. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Minuses: Lots of little things needed: no toilet paper holders in bathrooms, no hanger bars in closets, open drain on sink removed in family room, need to climb 4 flights of stairs, ice maker on fridge not working. Cleaning done well, except for kitchen floor that was sticky, so we needed to mop it on first day.
