Home Gym includes weights, workout station and top of the line Bowflex cardio machine. Massive patios with lounge area and BBQ comes with free million dollar views. Sunroom around the side in case of a chilly night. This property also boasts a hot tub, perfect for reminiscing the days events and taking in your surroundings. Lovely manicured yard with room for a little Bocce. Property backs on to crown land with miles of trails for hiking or mountain biking.
